horrible service – My initial experience I would have given them 5 stars... I had already told several friends how friendly and helpful they were, but after this experience, if I had the option I would not even give them one star.

I have a big butt. I hate it. I am incrediably self conscious of this thing, that most men adore. I am constantly trying to make it better, or less noticable, but to no avail. Sadly, I am stuck with it.

So, for my birthday I went totally out of my box, (and I assure you this was a huge thing for me)... I bought some really cute bling-gy butt jeans. I loved them. I thought they looked good, even considering all of the attention it was going to bring to my hind quarters. The women at the store, Cry Baby Couture, were really friendly. I tried them on and they went on about how good they looked on me, etc. I wore them once. And a bunch of the rhinestones on the pockets came off. So I did what any other person would do, I went back to the store and explained the situation.

I know I am not super skinny, but I also know I am not fat. I do triathlons for crying out loud.. As any girl knows jeans range in sizes. I can wear anything between an 8 and a 13. Usually I am right around a 10 or an 11.

Monday: The store woman (who was the one that first ranted and raved over the fit of the jeans when I first tried them on) was there and at first was going to accomodate my request (or rather my inquiry) about exchanging the jeans (I told her I would be back on Thursday), until they didn't have the size in the style of jeans I purchased in stock. Then her tune quickly changed.... without seeing or listening to what I was trying to say (at this point I didnt have the jeans with me) she proceded to tell me that she now thought I was between sizes and said I needed the next size up, and essentially the reason the rhinestones came off the pockets was because my butt was too big. She was increadibly rude to me and became very insulting and confrontational, stating... "I am the jean connesour so I know how they should fit." and "You have a bigger back side." and basically she knew better about what size I wore than I did.

I was flabberghasted!! In all of my life I have never been so insulted by an sbsolute stranger. Then she said I wasn't understanding what she was trying to say... ummmm. NO! I got it. "I THINK YOUR BUTT IS TOO BIG FOR THE SIZE YOU PURCHASED." She said that before she could decide anything she would need to see the jeans on me. (she saw them on me, she said they the fit was great... when I purchased them!) I told her I would bring the jeans back, and I would never do business with her store again.

Thursday (today): She didn't recognize me at first and was super friendly until, with jeans in hand, I reminded her who I was. Then the claws came out. She refused to even look at the jeans. Honestly, it was poor craftmanship. Maybe the bedazzler was broken. who knows but several of the rhinestones fell off or fell out of the encasement . I told her that she needed to look at the pants, in which she isisted she didn't, and that she thought I needed to try them on so she could see them, and that she still thought I needed the next size up. I told her I would not try them on for her to continue to degrade and insult me. She refunded me my money. Works for me. Then she had the nerve to say, "but don't come back because we don't want your business."

OMG!!! This woman has no scruples.....

I told her, "I will never step foot in this store again, and I will tell everyone I knew of the service I recieved, so that they would not shop there either." She actually said, "Oh, well if they are friends with you then we dont want their business either...."

Unless you want to be degraded and insulted over poor quality jeans (which I paid 50 bucks for) or other materials and service, I would not recommend ever going to Cry Baby Couture.

absolutely fabulous facial, moni is very informative and knows what she is talking about. – July 2006, first time to Moni Miller make-up lounge....I was purchasing a gift certificate for my sisters birthday and just had to get a facial for my self. The shop is too cute...has many things to offer and great advise from Moni and Gabi. Thankyou girls for the great time. By the way I absolutely loved the facial and will be a long time customer to come...just need to find the time as the facials are intense and lengthy, which is great for pampering yourself or a loved one!!! You must try one!!
