Home of the largest foreign affairs library on the West Coast.. In Short
From its offices close to Union Square, the Council serves more than 10,000 members and offers more than 250 programs a year on a wide variety of things including foreign policy issues, art, literature, films, commerce, technology, human rights, and the environment. The Council also provides curriculum guides and other resources to more than 2,500 school teachers across Northern California.
