It's okay – PRO: For a small and inexpensive studio at the location it's at, you get a great deal. Nice interiors, brick, and clean wood floors.
-Tiny kitchen (no stove/oven/dishwasher)
-Some rooms may only have 1 window, or face another building
-Problem with ladybugs/Japanese beetles. (not fixed)
-EVERYONE CAN HEAR YOU
-No overnight visitors? (WTF?)
-Frequent warnings of RENT DUE, or NO SMOKING
-Plan on playing music VERY SOFT (noise travels EASY)
-IF YOU WANT TO PARTY WITH FRIENDS DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS ALL YOU DO IS SLEEP/EAT/PLAY with yourself quietly.

Used to be Great...WHAT HAPPENED??? – I lived at 10th & Cherry 5 1/2 years ago. I moved back in 6 months ago. Someone in the apartments has a master key that they can access any apartment in the building. I have had repeatedly found things missing, toilet seat in different positions, etc. They changed my locks but that isn't helping. I have started doing research and the apartments are supposed to be 375. They are charging me 425 a month! When I lived there 5 1/2 years ago people minded their business and it was a great environment, now it's constant knocks on the door asking for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING from one of the neighbors and her friends. There was a party this weekend out in the parking lot with 5 or 6 drunk people and loud music. It's gone from being a great heavenly place to live to a red neck country hick white trash g h e t t o! HOW SAD!!!
