A space to score the hip clothes, jewelry, books and novelties that haven't yet worn out their welcome. – Specializing in fashion and gift trends that are just beginning to crest, owner-designer Cynthia Vincent's funky, pink-striped double storefront is packed with hipster treats. Rock and roll inspired graphic tees by T&xt look cool paired with Chrishabana's '80s punk Lycra leopard print leggings. Sandals by Huyl, Crate jeans, Figmint slim-line 60s-style trousers and deconstructed Elmer Ave suitcoats are featured. A veritable zoo of Fauna's animal-shaped silkscreen pillows perch on vintage chairs in the back.
unique finds – The store accessible since the sales staff is very friendly, but that's a general statement for nearly all the boutiques and shops on W. 3rd Street. The space is light and airy and the clothing selection is unique and wonderful. Most pieces come in very limited sizes and yes, some are difficult to wear, but it also makes it fun when you find something funky and wearable. I find the majority of designers to be relatively unknown or local, so you're probably not going to find another person wearing the same thing. The selection is tasteful and sometimes over-the-top. Like the other review said, many of these are conversation pieces, from a glittery "puzzle dress" to deconstructed shirts and pants. The prices can be steep, but the quality is great and you're also paying for something that isn't mass produced.
Wonderful – Beautiful unique clothing and amazing service. Every time I go there is something new.
surreal yet wearable – aero & co. is one of my favorite places to go. it's one of those shops where i feel like i can just go every day and browse and still feel at home without having to buy anything. but when i do purchase something it's such a thrill --- their selection always garner heavy comments and they're so very unique. they're not too cheap, but it's worth the stuff they sell. they've moved to 3rd street by beverly center, which is painfully far away for me, but i still stop by now and then and i'm never disappointed. the salespeople are extra friendly, too. there are things like capes, shirts dotted with rhinestones, patchwork jackets . . . all very strange, but somehow not too much. i've worn their things on a daily basis and it works perfectly fine. classic with a twist, if you will . . .
