6 little shops make up Lost & Found (Children,Mens, Home, Gallery, Women and Gif)t. Great place to shop for a unique gift. Make sure to bring credit card because the uniqueness of the items also means it will cost you $$$$.

Worst shopping experience ever. – This store at first look is amazing. Everything is beautiful and completely overpriced but in Los Angeles, this is normal and I have grown used to it. I had the unfortunate experience of shopping there one day with the owner, Jamie Rosenthal, I gleaned from previous reviews that is her name. The glowing one, there is no doubt in my mind, came from Jamie herself. No one that has ever shopped at this store would feel this way nor would her own family for that matter.

Mind you, previously and regretfully, i have spent a fortune at this store. So on my last visit, the owner took me to the store next door, to look at some shoes that were on sale. she took one look at me and marked EVERYTHING i looked at up, way up. Leaving the things that were not my size at half the price or less. She treated me as though I could not afford her store, nor was i worthy. The funny thing about this, is when I relayed this story to a friend of mine, she had a similar experience. I don't know how she stays in business.

She is a monster, shop at your own risk.

Great Selection - Bad Community Member – Jamie Rosenthal may pick nice things for her store but as you shop you have to wonder - did she actually pay for this merchandise? As a small, hand craft vendor of fine straw hats, made with a group of women in America, I have been calling her for MONTHS about her unpaid invoice. Not even the courtesy of a return call saying "I am having a hard time" - Nothing. She cares nothing for the people who provide her with goods.

Beautiful clothes & household items; SHOP HERE & SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS ON THE EAST SIDE! – Lost and Found owner Jamie Rosenthal has impeccable taste in all things. Among the four little storefronts that collectively make up her very cool business, Jamie's clothing choices, both for adults and children, include a range of items that have a sort of modern bohemian couture sensibiltity, yet are consistently elegant, sophisticated and sometimes even simple, in the best sense of the word. Her home furnishings are unique, colorful, whimsical, and always stunning. Look through things carefully to find something for every aesthetic; from straight up modern to ethnic-inspired or tribal interiors, every design freak is sure to find that one item that seals the deal. Everything I have ever purchased from Lost and Found has become a staple of my wardrobe or a centerpeice of my home. Some items are expensive; Jamie chooses good things -- but how many of us will save up and then rush to the west side to buy the same item, thinking paying for it there makes it somehow more special? Please folks, support local entrepeneurs and neighborhood businesses, by shopping at places like Lost and Found, whose presence on and commitment to the east side is a real contribution to community development and neighborhood revitalization. And to boot, often on her own dime, Jamie Rosenthal will open up one of her storefronts to host an exhibition for some small, struggling nonprofit arts organization or local artist whose work and/or programs she believes in. Is Fred Segal or DWR gonna do that? Keep it in the 'hood people. Lost and Found is a beautiful, fun and surprising alternative to more mainstream stores and boutiques.

The eclectic boutique specializes in hard-to-find gifts, clothing and jewelry, with an ever-changing stock reflecting the owner's travels. – In Short
The L&F empire fills the block, with storefronts devoted to designer kid's gear, art, and clothes, housewares and gifts. Everything is handpicked by ex-stylist Jamie Rosenthal, who trawls the world seeking unique, well-crafted and unexpected treats for her loyal customers. Along with exclusive French and African jewelry, visitors find screenprinted Lucky Fish pillows, Missoni Home blankets, signature peace sign tees, whimsical TD coffee cups with numerical handles, woven leather belts and multicultural fashions.
