They stole my iPhone!!!!! Do not patronize them!!!. I've rented cars in LA from Fox for years with no problem. I picked up my car late on a Sunday and didn't notice the massive stains all over the upholstry nor the non-working windows.

Add to that the fact that one of the cleanup guys literally stole my iPhone from the car. I spent and hour and a half arguing with them as well as the completely unresponsive management about it and was met with nothing but denials. I had to get on a plane knowing that one of their employees STOLE MY PHONE. I will NEVER patronize Fox again and will do everything in my power to make business for them in San Diego as difficult as possible.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!. Do NOT ever rent a car from this company. They have the worst in-person and over-the-phone customer service I have ever had to endure. This rental company is the cheapest, and customers definitely get what they deserve. Our car was leaking oil for the entire trip, and we were yelled at over the phone when we called about the issue (the employee working at the time said they had "no responsibility for the issue, it was ours to deal with.) Extremely unprofessional. A terrible company to interact with.
