Paul Jr. and the whole sales staff at Planet Sahara were amazing. It's always a stressful job buying a new car but they took care of my anxiety and got me into a car at the payment I could afford. Not only that, but they gave me more than KBB value on my 2011 Elantra. I never thought I would be buying a car when I went in for service, but between their excellent customer service and caring attitude they were able to put me into a 2014 Elantra Limited. I will definitely be back at the end of my lease to get a new car. Thanks Planet!!!
Planet Hyundai Sahara Sonata – We Recently purchased a beautiful Ruby Red Hyundai Sonata Limited at Planet Hyundai Sahara and Just Love It! Everyone was very helpful especially Terry Mills & Tony Fisher. Terry Spent over 100 making sure i know how bluelink and bluetooth work and help set the radio station presets. The Internet Team at Planet Hyundai was Incredible!
Ask for Robbie Trujillo! – A good friend recommended Planet Hyundai on Sahara to me. They choose Robbie to be my salesman. I am SO glad they did. I had time to walk around their lot with no pressure, so by the time we met, I knew what I wanted. His knowledge of the car is second to none. He NEVER pressured me at all. It was the most relaxing 2 1/2 hours of car buying ever! He gave me a GREAT deal on the car. I did spend the money to buy an extended warranty. No deductible, and EVERYTHING is covered for 10 years or 100,000 miles. That's a better warranty than I got on my Toyota when I bought it new! The car runs great! My mileage outperforms their estimate by 5 mpg! I am going for my 12,000 service next week. You can make your appointment on line and they send you "deals" to have your car service there. My car is washed and waxed with every service, and I am always treated well. I hope to buy a second car there soon. Tell Robbie I sent you! I promise, he will take GREAT care of you!

We had been all over Las Vegas valley looking for a car that would meet our special needs. Brandon White listened to us and said he thought he could help us. The next time we saw him was out on the lot when he brought us our new car.
We were really surprised because the new car more then met or needs. It exceeded most of our wants too!
Then Owen and the ladies worked together to settle the paperwork and we were done.
To sum it up, the people we had the privilege to work with at Planet Hyundai were professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and sincere. We will always recommend Planet Hyundai!
Horrible horrible people, and business!!!! – Im so mad at this place that I actually signed up just to write this review, the first in my life! I went to planet hyundai to look at a brand new elantra. I had a very nice salesman and everything was going fine until I had to negotiate the car deal. I already had my financing, and told them this, and just wanted to negotiate the price of the car. I was very clear about this, I was told I had to fill out a credit app for the patriot act to verify identity (I looked this up, flat out lie!!!) so stupid me did so. Litterally 2 minutes later a manager came over to me and said "sorry, but because of your credit score I can only get you 9.9%" (I had told them earlier I had 1.9 through my credit union) I blew up on them!!! Why did they even run my credit, why the high rate, what the hell was going on! Well apparently they dont give a crap what you think and run everyone's credit, wtf!!! And they were basing the rate on one collection with a gym from years ago. I asked what my score was, he kept saying it wasnt on the report they use etc, I finally dragged it out of them, 739! I'm a 739 and they want 9.9% haha, my credit union begged me to use them at 1.9, I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I should have left but I didnt, stupid me
I ended up negotiating a deal for the car with the understanding we use my credit union. I have to wait an hour for paperwork and go into the cubby with the finance manager, he shoves half a dozen pieces in front of me to sign and says bring back the check from the credit union (my last dealership did all this for me, but whatever I want to leave)
I went directly to my credit union and the manager came out and pulled me aside to show me the documents. On top of the price I negotiated for the car they had 3500 in fees!!!! I called the dealership and they said for the price I paid I had to pay it or I couldn't buy the car!! WOW. I'm lucky that my brother in law works for the district attorney. I called him and he told me it was called "payment packing" an illegal practice some very shady dealers use. He couldn't believe that a major dealership did it.
After calling the dealership back, they said that I was to much of a hassle and they didnt want my business and now wouldn't sell me a car HAHA. F them! I've never gone through something like this in my life. I hope the DA arrests that entire place and carts them off, apparently I'm far and away from the first complaint along these lines. Steer far far away from this shady place!!!!!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! – I wish I would have done my research before going here! They promise anything to get
you to sign the papers. Tony, my salesmen (and all the sales staff) make empty promises that once you sign for the car, suddenly they didnt have the authority to make and are no longer valid. The next month will be nothing
but stress and stress. No returned phone calls. No limit on the lies, waste of time and money.
When I asked The sales manager, Carlos, why he lied to me on so many occasions and gave so many empty promises he actually said to me in these words, "If it isn't in writing, it's not
anything." So I said, "your word is nothing if it isn't in writting?" and he said "that's right." I questioned his integrity and was asked to leave. But I had every right to question it! I didnt even have my green slip yet and the car had to be towed to the shop with a broken alternator! And even though I purchased the 5 star warranty (The Best One) which on the first page states that towing is 100% refundable so long as it is within a 50 mile radius, I am being told that the $90 I paid to have it towed 10 miles will not be reimbursed!! They will do ANYTHING to sell you a car and once they do, they will never give you the time of day again. They were really nice, I thought....until I signed the last paper. And literally within minutes, I saw a total different picture. DO NOT believe anything they tell you they will give you or fix, even if it is on a "we owe" slip! They said that the 3 items that were missing or broken in the car would be fixed and replaced withing the first week. It has been 3 1/2 weeks, 5 visits, 58 phone calls (58 of which I was hung up on) and 1 claim to the BBB later and NOTHING is RESLOVED! Good luck to you if you give them your money like I did!
