Great noodles in the middle of the tourist district – My wife likes to shop at Macy's, I like to eat at Siam Thai Noodle. We both win by combining the two. Oddly, this place is right around the corner from Union Square, yet tourists rarely venture inside. More for me, I guess. The fried tofu and pineapple rice are definitely worth your time and the pra ram is always good. Great value for the money, too.

Quick tasty noodles – I like this place for casual on-the-go eating. The food is tasty, the prices are right and it doesn't require a lot of thought. A great place to spot in for a quick bite while downtown.

OK, but nothing special – Well located near Union Square in Park 55 hotel, across from Nikko. Pad Thai was bland, only available with tofu and shrimp. Not worth another visit IMO.

try the beef penang curry – don't let the look fool you, they probably have the best beef penang curry ever. Don't forget to try the tom ka gai but tell them to make it spicy.

Tasty Thai soup dishes – A small diner style restaurant. We ordered the garlic, chicken & basil leaf and I thought it was delicious & flavorful. I also ordered the beef soup dish, which was very tasty and almost authentic. Tom Kha Gai was tasty also they used red chili paste to add some color to their dish. All the Thai dishes were reasonably priced about $5-$7 dollar plates.
