They are so disgusting!!!!!! – One thing that I can not stand is paying customers being treated with no respect!

I am extremely nervous about picking the right dentist for having my wisdom tooth pulled because I've heard so many horror stories! Well I called this place 3 times, to be placed on hold for about 5-10 minutes each.

The disgusting receptionists don't even wait for you to speak, they just pick up and say whatever it is they say followed by a please hold and your on hold forever like they forgot about you so of course, I hang up and try again with the same outcome. On my 3rd attempt, I immediately started talking when this witch answered and advised her that I've been placed on hold for lengthy periods of time each time I call and she had the nerve to tell me with a stink attitude "mam, no you only called once" like I'm a liar!!!!! I said excuse me, this is my 3rd call and she said, oh well I stepped away from the desk and we put you on hold because it's very busy in here so please hold" and again puts me on hold without waiting for my response. Well if you stepped away from the desk, how do you know I only called once???

When she returned to the phone, 5 minutes later (I think on purpose) I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor so she transferred me to some guy's voice mail. I left a message however I have yet to receive a call back and quite honestly, I'll be surprised if I do since it seems that this kind of behavior is tolerated judging by other bad customer service reviews I've read for this place!

Awful! – The worst service. We went there because my husband needed an extraction, not only did they tr to rob us but they were so unprofessional and unkind. We have health insurance ( I work for the Dept of Education) and they refused to take it, they wanted us to pay. When it clearly states that they take our health insurance. Never have we had to pay for an extraction, it is 100% covered under my insurance. The receptionist told us that we had to pay.

When we walked in one receptionist was on her sidekick typing to someone and barely acknowledged our presence. The other receptionist was on a power trip and finally when my husband got to the dentist, he was back out into the waiting room in 7 minutes. The dentist gave him a presciption for pennicilin with no explanation and sent us on our merry way. It is like a factory in there. No personalized attention, no care, no nothing. When people go to the denist it's not because they want to go, it's because they are in pain. Most people are fearful of dentists. They should be more understanding of that and have workers that are more professional rather than treating you as if you are there to pick up welfare or food stamps. I'm totally disgusted with that place.
