The worse service I have ever had at a walmart. I had purchased tires online and was told that when they were in, I would receive a text and all I had to do was head over to the tire and lube express and they would take care of me. I had the order number and everything. Clearly that wasn't good enough because they sent me on a wild goose chase to find the "correct" paper that I needed. I came back with it, and the girl cashing me out was dancing, singing, and talking to other employees. The manager on duty (Charles) didn't know what he was doing which is why this woman was helping me. Finally after getting everything situated, I had asked the woman if I had to pay any additional fees and she said no. So waiting for about two hours (a man had left before that after waiting 45 minutes for an oil change and didn't even have the oil change done) not to mention their was no other customer vehicle being fixed, they told me that I had to pay an additional fee of $50, after being told I didn't have to. When I had asked to use their phone to call to get money transferred to my account to pay the fee that I was told I wasn't going to get, they told me that customers were not allowed to use their phones. So pretty much I was screwed until an employee was nice enough to let me use their cell phone. While I waited for my car to be finished (which felt like it took so much longer than it should have) workers were standing around chatting and laughing instead of working on vehicles. Also an employee (Bruce) was talking crap about another customer. He may not have realized I was sitting there, but I could hear everything he was saying. Completely unprofessional. The whole time I was there after first arriving, nobody was at the desk the entire time, and about 3 customers had stood their for 10-15 minutes, and no one even bothered to come over an help, so they just left. I will NEVER visit/shop at this walmart again! So if you want a walmart with polite, attentive, and courteous employees, i advise NOT going to the one on chili ave!
CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES DO NOT COME 1ST!!!! – I am so sick of going to the Walmart on Chili Avenue! They have no cashiers at night! The poor cashiers that are on are always the same ones during the week that are stuck with HUGE LINES and they are pushed to the MAX! As a customer I should not have to wait 30 minutes in line after shopping for an hour or so to check out! By the time I get to the register my frozen items are melted and are leaking all over the belt and then I have to refuse to buy them! The 20 items ot less line is closed by 9 pm and there is only 1 - 2 long lines open. The cashiers get sworn at and it is the managers that should be screamed at and sworn at not the poor cashiers! How can you run a Major Store like this? Then I have to keep sliding my credit card thru the machine and it doesn't work?? Am I getting charged each time I run it thru? When are they going to fix all of these problems? Don't they care about their customers? DOn't they care they are pushing their employees to the max with improper equipment? The Big Holidays are coming and where do you think I am going to shop? WELL NOW I AM GOING TO SHOP AT WEGMANS BECAUSE I NEVER EVER HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE AND I WIL TELL YOU THAT MY MOTHER, SISTERS AND I HAVE ALL DECIDED TO CHANGE TO WEGMANS;) SO GOODBYE WALMART!! TAKE YOUR LOW PRICES BY SCREWING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYESS AND SHOVE IT!!
THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE!!! – I just can not believe that this has been going on for the past few months and still nothing has been done about this! I get out of work at 9 pm and then I go to Walmart to pick up a few things before I go home if I need them. I have been doing this for years. Lately over the past few months I go in and grab less than 20 items as always and again it is between 9:30 - 10 PM by then Week nights. I go to get in the short line and they ARE NOT EVEN OPEN!! THE SELF SCANNING LINES ARE NOT EVEN OPEN!! They make you stand in a long register line, your choice of only 2 - 3 mostly only 2 behind extremely full carts for your turn. I can not even tell you how many people like me are totally ticked by now in line. The poor cashiers are being called nasty names (usually f's at this point). Where are the cashiers? Where the hell are the managers???? They are apparently hiding!!! What happened to customer service?? I mean really???
There are now literally customers like myself who we just leave our goods and carts right there and leave!! Now I go to WEGMANS WHERE THERE ARE ALWAYS CASHIERS AND ALWAYS 7 ITEMS OR LESS LINES OPEN!!!
I heard one cashier say that all they are doing there at that Walmart is cutting everyone's hours!! How sad for those poor employees!! Plenty of customers are leaving because they won't give their employees the hours needed to take care of their customers.
And one ore thing...What do they do with all of that re-shop stuff? I mean the milk and cheese products sit in those carts for how long? The carts are laying all over the cashier area. Do they put these items back in the areas to be sold again? GOD I PRAY NOT LORD!
GET WITH IT WALMART!! AND ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER THERE JOHN!!
