Lake Manawa Kia was extremely customer oriented from the moment we walked through the front door to the moment we drove away with a new car we hadn't expected on buying that evening. As a business owner, I appreciate a business that runs as efficiently and courteously as Lake Manawa Kia. All my questions were answered without any sales pressure, and the entire buying experience was a delight.
I had done my homework before I contacted Lake Manawa Kia. I had checked with dealers in Omaha, Lincoln, Kansas City and a few other cities to price the car I was looking for. I had gotten an unbelievable low quote from the H & H Omaha Kia dealer, but wanted to see what Lake Manawa had to offer. My wife had all but sealed the deal with H & H, and we were ready to leave Lake Manawa Kia to buy a car from H & H. When we recapped what was our best offer, we realized that Michelle and her crew had our very best interests at heart, and were sincere in their approach. Not only did they beat the Omaha price (and we live in Omaha and prefer to do business there), they had a far better choice of color and options. Alan was a real gentleman who understood my wife's concerns as he sat in the back seat during the test drive, and showed her the car's features. Ian Duffey was a pleasure to talk to. He reminded me of having a conversation with an old friend instead of the finance director. Last but certainly not least was the very polite Mr. Ronald Phillips, Jr., who was extremely efficient with the final details of the financing that we had intended on handling with our bank. The interest rate he got for us from the SAC credit union was far below the rate my own bank of thirty-five years had quoted me during my discovery phase before buying this car.
I learned a long time ago that my very best new customers come from the referrals of my satisfied old ones. I'm a new customer of Lake Manawa Kia, but have told everyone I come into contact with about the delightful people I met while buying a new car.

My husband and myself both were interested in trading off our two vehicles and purchasing two new ones. From the start Randy worked with us to get us the best deal and to help us with the financing. We tried to purchase one new and one slightly used but the better deal for us came out to be two new ones. We purchased two new Forte's. Which our whole experience was very good. All the sales help and financing help and service people did a very good job. This is my husband first Kia but this is my second Kai I like my Kia's the dependability of them, how affordable they are.
Rob Davidson is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features and answered our questions capably. He worked hard to find us the vehicle that we wanted even going to the "south 40" in hundred degree heat to make sure we were getting the best deal/vehicle on the lot! I found Rob to be very honest and open. He kept us informed every step of the way. I was referred to Rob by a friend and am truly happy for that referral based on the excellent experience that we had. I will definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
Ben called me several times after looking at cars online. He was very professional and I could hear his smile as he spoke to me. Even though I had gone to the same dealership a week before and was told I needed money down, etc., Ben convinced me to come see him personally, so I did. He understood my financial situation and we worked out a plan. At no time did he make me feel like he was a "car salesman" and only wanting a commission.

I was looking for a 2009 Nissan Altima. I was talking to my sister and she told me that she had recently purchased a vehicle from Teddy G. and had a positive buying experience with him. I contacted Teddy G. and he found me a 2009 Altima with low miles at a reasonable price. Being that the car is certified buy Nissan, I was also given a 100,000 mile extended power train warranty at no cost.
Teddy G. was helpful, without using high pressure sales tactics. What he promised me he delivered on. Overall my buying experience with Lake Manawa was a positive one.
David worked very hard to answer our car questions. We didn't come to an agreement on price on the first car we were intersted in, and there were no hard feelings, so we felt very comfortable in coming back and reviewing another car with David.
David was very accommodating, offering to stay late or come in on his day off to meet my schedule. Since we purcahsed the car later in the evening, we set up another time to meet so David could take all the time he needed to get the car cleaned up, and walk through new owner information with me.
A friend of mine was telling me that he had to use some special cleaners to get the tape markings off the windows from the window sticker - but David and Lake Manawa Nissan had the car cleaned up perfectly during my second visit - so I didn't have to clean anything myself.
Somehow I lost my key identification tags and David was able to retrieve my key identification numbers for me.
When I went to register the car, the DMV personnel commented that "these folks know what they're doing - you have everything in order here".
We knew what we wanted and while all the available options, upgrades and after-market treatments were presented to us, we didn't eperience a "hard sell" at Lake Manawa Nissan.
I had a lot of fun researching cars on the Internet, and then checking them out at the dealerships. The Nissan sales experience was light and direct enough to keep the whole experience fun.
We began looking for a new vehicle last summer. We hadn't decided on make/model so did a lot of internet comparing. Marc Leonard called us after we visited Kia website. Unlike other calls we had received, Marc was very accommodating to our specific needs, not just focussed on making a sale. He kept in touch with us but we never felt pressured. After visiting several car dealers here in Lincoln, NE, we set an appt with Marc in Councli Bluffs, IA to see what Marc could do for us. We were very impressed with him and all the staff at Lake Manawa Kia.
We opted for the Sorrento. After all the research we feel we got the best price, customer service, and financing even though we were 60 miles away from home. We We love our 2012 Sorrento!! We reccommend Manawa Kia and definitely Marc Leonard!

After doing considerable research and experiencing heavy pressure and promises from other dealers, I chose to go to Lake Manawa Nissan. I had heard good things about them and decided to give them a try. From the very first email, I began working with Rob Davidson. Never once did I feel pressured or was I buried in emails telling me I needed to decide now. He truly worked with me and took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for in both a vehicle and price. The day I went to look, was the day I found my beautiful 2007 KIA Sorrento. It was exactly what I was looking for but I was concerned about financing. Rob never settled for anything less and met my every expectations and then some. From the moment I made the decision to purchase this vehicle the process went smoothly and Rob was with me through the entire process. I never once felt pressured or like this was my only option.
