Resteraunt is Great!. This is one of the most unique settings for a resteraunt in South Beach and only those in the know get a table here. Very romantic. Excellent Service
Dissapointing wedding morning...night was great!.
When you pay $800 for your wedding night at a boutique hotel you expect the best. Casa Tua comes up short of expectations. The place is beautiful but the hotel service and the food are less than average.
Dinner table and the room were beautiful. Food was average and the hotel service non-existent. The night was great because of my bride, but we woke up to no hot water....it took them more than an hour to fix it since we weren't able to get anybody on the phone....breakfast without showering!!!.
They were unable to find my car; we waited almost an hour to get the car back and they didn't even offer us a glass of water or apologize for the inconvenience. Bottom line, beautiful place but not set up as a hotel....nice people, but no concept of service. Don't spend a special ocation there!
