Service issues – Called them to schedule a dent repair and oil change. 5 people, 5 phone calls and 3 hours later, everything was set to go. When my wife picked the car up (after they had it for 5 days) the oil was still not changed. So I called their service department. After 3 calls, 19 minutes on hold I finally got a guy who apologized "profusely" but could only offer me another opportunity to allow me to return my car to them and waste another couple of hours to get my oil changed. I was told the general manager would call me and discuss my service issue. Never happened. Bottom line is: this dealership is too big for the staff to manage effectively. All staff members are authorized to apologize "profusely" but not much else. Bad experience for me. will not go back to them for anything.
Ladies, run like your hair is on fire – I am a single woman, and went in to shop for a car. These guys treated me like I was clueless, and the "great" price they gave me was not competitive at all. Google Edmonds on the internet and you can look up the trade in value of your vehicle and the 'dealer invoice' prior to going in...they should make a profit, but not gouge you. If you are uncomforatble, don't be afraid to get up and leave. Tell them you need to think about it. I went to a different dealership and got a much better price on a Honda. Be smart, and shop around

With our work schedules, my wife and I don't have time to spend hours at a dealership. Not only did we receive the best deal at Immke, but also amazing service. Tom Black went above and beyond!! Terrible Customer Service – The minute we walked into Immke Honda, it was like we were invisible. No one welcomed or knowledged us even though there were 4 salesmen standing by the door. We looked around for awhile and no one offered us any help. We finally went up to the receptionist and asked for a salesperson. She went got one for us. We told him we wanted to look and test drive a few cars. He handed us the first key and walked us over to the car, then he went to go greet returning customers, leaving us alone. He gave us the key to the second car, and left us alone again while he engaged with his other customers. We waited after we were done but he never checked up on us again, so we handed the key to the receptionist and walked out. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! If you're can't help us, then refer us to someone else who can. We went to Honda a Georgesville where we were greeted and taken care of the minute we parked our car. Thank you, now that was GREAT customer service.
