Bikram -Yoga good enough to be patented – Bikram is a hatha style of yoga taught in a consistent manner across the country or world for that matter. The room is heated to a baumy 105 degrees causing many to refer to it as hot yoga. The main reasons the room is hot is to make your body more flexible and make sure you'll sweat and purge toxins from your body. With Asanas that are 90 minutes in length you'll probably want to modify your yoga attire to a pair of swim shorts and bring along plenty of additional water (I personally bring a couple of bottles) . The classes focus on a limited number of poses and have participants of all skill levels. The instructors pay a great deal of attention to individual students and seem to have a good repoire with many of the established students. It is by far one of the most challenging and rewarding work outs I have ever had and as some one who has been a fan of yoga in general for a few years it definitely has caused more gains in cardio and flexibility than anything I've tried before.
