Wish I could say it was good – My family took my Mom to Outback and she ordered the Prime Rib well done. It came out on the rare side and she sent it back to be cooked some more. What came back, I wouldn't even give to my dog if I had one. It didn't look edible and she couldn't eat it. On her birthday even. Never again. I can't believe the server put that plate on the table.

Gluten Free Options!! – Outback is consistently a great place for a semi-casual Friday night, but this Roswell location has really made a mark on my list of great restaraunts.

With thier improved gluten free menu, thanks to having a manager with Celiac disease, our family now has even more reasons to frequent one of our favorite spots!

With dedicated fryers for true gluten free cooking, they have mastered the Bloomin' Onion. We actually prefer the gluten free version as it is lighter, less greasy and a bit more flavorful.

Definitely worth stopping by!

Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
