Stay away from this business – we ordered something online from this business and got a UPS label by email only thing was the label was not used and the entire time this business was saying it was UPS but he does not know UPS scans at all hubs it enters. Our label did not move so we got ripped off. He still insist UPS lost it but with the new scanning system it would have been scanned upon pickup and scanned at the next stop and every stop there after until it got to it's detination. Some times the get the wrong address but with the tracking, it will show any movement. We were late on paying by 4 days as our system went down but they were paid the minute our system came back online. We paid 3 others and all did understand and ship our items. This business claims they did but did not.

Great Customer Service – This people are excellent, they will take care of the problem right away for me and give me some extra on top of it, just to make me happy. I brought 60GB ipod from them; they give me Free FM Transmitter also. I surely will back to them for more business.

Avoid Tabba Globals. A Bad product and even worse customer service. – It happened to me and it can happen to you. Find it somewhere else and save your time, money, and energy. I've honestly made a great living by giving good customer service and I was just shocked at how they handled my situation. I purchased an ipod from them in August that never worked. I tried for 2 months to get help from Tabba Globals and after I finally got a hold of someone who could make a decision, they said it was now my problem and that I could pay them to fix the broken ipod that they sent me. I'm sure they have had happy customers, and I can look away from a defective ipod, but I can't look away and not tell anyone after 2 months of horrible customer service. Bottom line is that they sent me a defective piece of equipment that never worked and they walk away from their customer because they probably will never see me and they ultimately DO NOT CARE.
