This is the most pathetic bunch of non professional idiots I have ever come in contact in any branch of the medical industry. I responded to a recording on February 7, 2011 stating that the first 25 callers would be contacted as new patients. As of today, August 15, 2013, that same recording is still answering their phone. I was accepted as a patient, and had some work done there to start my "plan of treatment". I have been calling the Clinic since April, 2013, to make an appointment. I have been unable to reach them. I have tried every option on their recording and have received the same message each time. "This mailbox is full". This is a sad statement about the Massell Dental Clinic, who just doesn't seem to care about patients they have already qualified for their services. The board of directors should be notified, but I can't find a way to contact them. I have even tried sending faxes to their fax number to no avail. My suggestion to anyone considering treatment at the Clinic is to reconsider. Over a year ago they removed all my upper teeth. I have not been able to contact them for an appointment ever since. They are an embarrassment to the Ben Massell name, and poor Mr. Massell must be turning over in his grave. PATHETIC!
Your clinic is my ONLY hope for dentures. Unfortunately can't get through on the telephone (try many times). Why give false hope? Why ALL of this "Ben Massell Dental Clinic"
Receptionist are rude if they answer the phone – I give this experience -10. Ive called 65 times this morning, just busy, busy, busy. When a lady named Barbara finally answered after several useless prompts she gave me the number to a Southside Clinic. I pleaded with her to atleast take my number, or check why I wasn't previously called like they said they would 2 weeks ago! She said high call volume, like duh, of course youll have that...still no excuse why they havent called me back already. I even asked her do they need help over there answering phones Monday mornings, she said, "No, we got that covered". Well no you dont, you guys SUCK & have no compassion for those on the other end in pain & help. Barbara sounded like a well trained black southern! She confirmed it when she asked me if she could put me on hold, then hung up on me 15 seconds of annoying elevator music!
Great Service – The receptionist was very sweet to me and all others that come into the office on the days of all my appointments. I have had my appointments changed last minute many times but I do try to be understanding. It is wonderful service that they provide and we should all be saying a big THANK YOU for this Dental Clinic. The service is outstanding!
unprofessional, horrible,condescending receptionist – My Mother experience with this new state of the art facility has been horrible; you would think that in a new environment would bring new attitudes. WRONG!!!! The receptionist have horrible attitudes. This clinic has rescheduled appointments without notice. I understand that the doctor's may have their own private practices; however that doesn't excuse the last minute NO SHOWS. The receptionist are very condescending,because they know that the patients being seen wont speak up , in fear that they will not be seen that day or wont get an appointment til 10 years from now. The receptionist are unprofessional.
