Horrible customer service. Had my system installed in June '13. It was never installed properly, never tested, and has had problems ever since. I continue to get calls from my monitoring company that they are getting signals that are clearly incorrect. Had service tech out once, he looked at it and said it was fine. Of course I did not go with them to monitor the system, so they like to blame it on the monitoring company. Recently had another incident that clearly shows the system is not working properly. Talked to them and they said they would get back to me. Never heard back. If I could take the system out, I would as it is more trouble than it's worth.
This company has absolutely no values at all. Terrible experiences, horrible practices. I currently have a system and dealing with them is a nightmare! I expanded my business, and needed more security. They send a salesman named Brett. Worst experience of my life. After he came out, I cancelled my service completely after 5 years! It was worth the early contract termination fee. This guy was complete trash and scum. I lost all respect for this company.

The most difficult company I have ever worked with. Every time I had to deal with them, it was painful. Installation took several visits and lots of calls to get set up. Billing was a nightmare.
Wouldn't recommend at all! While a prospect, they were nice and couldn't do enough for me. Now a customer, they are very unprofessional. They don't return phone calls, miss appointments, and this is after practically begging for my business. Their sales people are very pushy and just want you to sign up for 3 years and really don't care about you in the least. They will tell you all kinds of great things about the company, but don't believe it. I have only been a customer for a week or so and wish I had gone with my gut and not went with Loud Security Systems, Inc.
Only twice in my life have a felt wronged and angered enough by a company to post a negative review. And this, is the worst. After having the same billing address for 6 years, for some unknown reason, it was changed on their end. I agreed to pay the fees and charges. But then in addition to the fees I should have never had, and additional SIXTY PERCENT was added as a "pay out" on my contract for the cancelled service. When I called to inquire on this, Danaille, was condescending to the point of being rude and not at all helpful.
If you use this company, you can either tolerate the inadequate inferior equipment and poor service, or pay their extortion fees to cancel the contract. I would strongly suggest a different provider.

this company not only gave the worse service ever ,,,, but if the employe named Daniel got anymore joy in being so "right" it would be a crime ,,,, After taking my money month 2 month for a service which i had not been receiving ,,,, after i canceled ,was then told that i still owed for the remaining year ,,,,, "well if you read the original paper you signed ( 9 years ago) *cause I'm sure we all remember stuff we signed years ago* ,,,, " you didn't cancel on the exact day of the exact month on the exact minute and second ,,, so you owe us even more money for the upcoming year ,,,,, on service which again you will not be getting ,,,,, so now

Great Company - High Moral Standard – I've been a customer for years. While I can see below that there are some mad customers, when i read into them, it looks like it is all of the customers that decided not to pay their bills. I run a business too, and I understand that business obligations must be met on both sides.
From experience, I can tell you that this company is a great company that goes beyond the expectations of most of it's customers (myself included).
John Loud and the business have been nominated for business of the year multiple times, recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and I personally know that John himself sits on the board with the Cheifs of Police for false alarm reduction.
This company truly cares about its people, its community and its customers.
Best Small Business in Kennesaw – Prior to being monitored by Loud Security, I was with ADT/BRINKS (they are now 1 company I think). I was paying $35 a month for what im now paying $22 for. I chose not to add the warranty on my old system for $5/month, but even with it, I'm still saving $7/month over ADT. Loud also called me a few days after my install to check on me, then again a few days after i accidently had a false police dispatch that was my fault(once again, just to check if everything was ok). They have been an absolutely great company to work with so far! Best of all, they are based here in Kennesaw, so when I call them, the know the neighborhoods, the know the area, and they know what it will really take to get someone to me. I read Kudzu before I signed up, but honestly, it sounds like most of the complaints here are from people that just didnt want to pay their monthly bill after they agreed to. I dont know why they would be suprised about a company collecting their money in that respect. I've never gotten a free house or car after agreeing to pay for it, so I dont know why a security system would be different. I would say this. Do your research and look at the total cost of all of the company offers, then find the company that fits your needs with use common sense to wade through all the BS.

Great Company - Amazing Response Time – LOUD Security is just one of those "perfect" companies to me.
After being broken into overnight, Loud Security was able to get someone out to my house that very next morning to install a system in my house. The worked right alongside the other contractors repairing the damage to my place from the break-in. They were out to my house within hours and had me protected immediately. I cant really thank you enough for making us feel a little more safe after a horrible situation. THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR ME.
