Best all around.. In regards to the last review, I must disagree. I have been a Mama Lenas customer since they opened in the late 1990's. When I heard that the buisness was changing hands I was concerned. Concerned that the menu would change and the quality would not compare to the previous owners reputation. I was wrong. Since Mama Mias has taken over the reign of Mama Lenas, I have only one thing to say. Satisfaction! Mama Mias is not only carrying on what Mama Lenas has trademarked, but has improved it and even made it better! The menu has not changed, nor has the quality of food and service. Mama Mias has added menu items, giving you a greater selection to choose from. The dining room is warm and comfortable, and makes you feel like your sitting in an italian bistro in Roma. So if your looking for a "taste of Italy", come down to Mama Mias House of Pizza in Mckees Rocks.
Horrible Service And Pizza. OK, when this used to be Mama Lena's it was great. But with the new ownership of Mama Mia's the service is horrible, the food not nearly as good as it used to be and I am now sitting here almost two hours after ordering one pizza with two hungry children. I called back to check on my order and was placed on hold for 10 minutes without anyone coming back to the phone. When I tried to call back the line was busy. Take your business elsewhere, trust me on this one!
The Best Pizza Anywhere And The Ribs Are Great!. The best pizza and ribs in Pittsburgh and perhaps the entire USA. Pizza is made fresh, and the ribs are by far the best I have ever had. They deliver and the price is very affordable. The owners are very nice and I eat here often. Family friendly.
good pizza became a lil pricey. i really love their white pizza.their other pizzas rock as well.i oredered one night i got a large white pizza and got xtra cheese and gyro meat and that's it and it came to 30 bucks i asked if it was a mistake and he said no.i could see if i got more but all i got was pizza and not the 150 piece one either just 16 slices/30 bucks.when the prices come down i will go there again they do have the best white pizza
Mama Mia. Mama Lena's gives you that at home taste. The Pizza is scrumpous both the crust and the actual pizza. This place was voted the best Pizza in Pittsburgh for the year 2000 and this year it ranked third. Come on down to McKees Rocks for that down home taste.
