What a horrible experience we just had here! The salesman knew very little about the car - I had to show him things I knew and learned from the Honda website. I asked for a trade-in value while we test drove, when we returned I asked how much and he said the manager decided to NOT give me a value unless I was going to buy today. Why didn't he tell me that before we went for the test drive? I said thank you, but we were no longer interested. He called my phone a few minutes later and said his "other" manager gave him a value for my trade (it was very low). What a pack of lies! I loved the car and am buying it at another Honda dealer. They lost a customer through their deceitful business practices!
BEWARE!!!! – Avoid this dealership at all cost. Everyone from the General Manager to the sales consultants is shady, unreliable and indifferent. I have never been lied to and disrespected by a business as much as this place. For your sanity, do yourself a favor and find another dealership. I really think HONDA should reconsider attaching their name with this place. My favorite thing is their motto of "Family First." Yeah right. I have had enemies who are better firends than these guys.

Great work on van – We could not be happier with the work that was done to our van following a hishap that damaged the rear door, two lights and bumper. We used Geico's express service and 3 days after we dropped it off we had it back. The repairs looked great and the service was excellent.
Great Job on Car – We had minor front end damage to our car. When it was towed to the shop, we had our estimate within one day. When we took it in for the actual work it took 3 days, just like they said it would. When we called in questions the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. And when we got the car it was shiny and the hood looked great. Interior floor was protected by little paper mat. And the esitmate was within a couple dollars of what it was quoted at. And all their work is guarenteed for the life of the car. I will say the car did smell funky for a day or two. Kinda like shop smell, covered with new car scent. But went away quickly not a big deal. Overall as body shops go they were good.
Avoid at all costs – Had a car in their shop for 5 weeks. We chose the dealership for body work over generic shop a, b, or c and boy are we sorry. I didn't have all the original factory install pieces on the car when I got it back, it was returned with drops of gas in the gas tank and the interrior of the car looked like it was in the shop for 5 weeks with the windows open.
horrible wait, bad customer service, – i had minor damage to my car, which is a domestic make vehicle. I still haven't received my car, its been over 7 weeks. I have initiated all phone calls and the service people have been rude when i call. the estimated finish date keeps getting pushed back for one reason or another. It took over a week to get a parts list, another week to order and receive and so far 5 weeks to ??????????/
