Best cajun food in the city – My favorite resturant. Every time I go, I'm never let down. I am a picky eater and was shocked that I was so impressed with NOLA. The FOOD, atmosphere and drinks were fantastic. To sum it up...if I were going to the electric chair, the Creole Chicken would be my last meal.
mediocre – this was my first time at Nola's and eating creole in Philadelphia b/c i found the place off of a restaurant website and got a pretty good coupon. However, the food wasn't that great. I ordered the Ettoufette (shrimp and craw fish.) I've never had this dish before and was expecting greatness but it was very very bland. I don't normally salt my dishes, but this one needed it big time. My boyfriend had a jambalaya dish - seafood, chicken and sausage. The meat was good, but the seafood tasted spoiled. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this meal.
