Downtown "Hair"isburg Diasater. I recently went to Cobalt to get my hair cut and colored. I figured since it was a "downtown" salon they would be pretty good, no such luck. The girl that cut my hair had no clue what she was doing and they didn't even have the color I wanted for my hair. The stylist used some other color and it turned out horrible. I was in the salon for almost 5 hours. The whole time I was there all of the stylists were eating and one of them was on the phone chatting about all her personal problems. I was completely dissappointed with the service, the uncleanliness in the salson and the unprofessionalism from all the stylists. I would not recommend Cobalt to anyone. It took another four hours to get my hair fixed at another salon. Thanks for the wasted day Cobalt.
