I was referred to this salon by a friend. I was a few minutes late to the appointment and was turned away on the spot. I explained that I was late because I got lost (I'm new to town) and the hair stylest told me she took the appointment after me early and I was out of luck. If you have a busy schedule and sometimes run a couple minutes late, don't even bother with them, you'll just be wasting your time.
