Over Charging for services!!!!..... The seconds time I went to this salon I asked the hairstylist about doing color and low lights to my hair the next time I came in. I also asked her what the charge would be she told me 109.00 to 111.00. So I made the appointment had color and low lights done plus a trim which is very customary when you have color or perms done!!!!.... So I go to pay and the total was 179.00 not thinking until after I got home that the charge were way to high did by product which was 30.00. So I went back because the cut was to long on one side and asked about these charges!!! I was told that the cut was $30.00 the partial color was $50.00 and the low lights was $60.00. Never in my life have I been charge extra for a cut when having other services done. Plus the color and cut was not all that. For this price you could go to a more CLASSY SALON!!!!!.... So I will never return. Also the 1st comment is soooo true they are on the internet, phone, and do CHARGE!!!!....

Do NOT go here if you want to be treated respectfully. Lori has no interpersonal skills, she says they are doing so well she doesn't care whether they lose customers, when there is a complaint about her you talk to her sister who defends anything she does. My family spent over $250 and were treated like bumbs off the street! My son asked for a glass of water, even though they had offered us water as we arrived, the front desk girl (Lori at the time) said things I won't repeat as they were so rude and flat out inapropriate. If you want to go spend your hard earned money somewhere, I suggest you go were your business is appreciated, and the employees are not on their cell phones or browsing the internet the entire time. They also add charges the customers were not told of and take 70% of the hairdressers tips which is illegal. If you go don't tip, your only giving money to the sisters who own it, but are in default on their lease.

WE ARE NOT BURDENS, WE ARE CUSTOMERS. WELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NO LONGER ARE SINCE YOU ARE DOING SO WELL LORI YOU THINK YOU CAN TELL A CUSTOMER THEY DON'T MATTER.

Love Cuties!. I've been going to Cuties since 2004. They have excllent service. People always comment on how great my hair looks. Cuties rocks!

Awesome cuts/color plus lots of extras!. I work downtown and have been to SEVERAL salons. I have "bad" hair. Cutie's is by FAR the most reasonably priced and I always get a great cut, style and color. I could easily go to a salon downtown, but I've had the best experience at Cutie's and have been going there for several years now. I also love the spa extras!
