Wonderful service from the staff at Napa Valley. What I enjoy about the Napa Valley is that you can park inside and stay out of the cold for one dollar. The best thing about my visits is the service from the staff. From the moment you walk in the hostess greets you with a great smile and it is as if she has known your for forever. When you frequent the NAPA on a regular basis she greets you by name. That is something that is really special to me. The staff in general will do anyting to make your visit rememberable. I can remember once that our food came out and the chef came out right along with it. That does not happen very often at any other establishment that I dine at. I am over impressed with the restaurant as a whole. If you are seeking a pampered atmosphere this is the place to go. I plan on holding my next event at the Napa Valley Grill.

Local outpost of national chain aims to give area oenophiles a trip to the wine country without leaving town.. In Short
Located in the Providence Place mall, the Napa Valley Grille provides the shopping center's most sophisticated locale for fine dining. Wine lovers are well-served, thanks to an exceptionally lengthy wine list that includes eight different wine flights. Diners choose between sitting in the breezy patio or inside the massive, warm-hued dining room. The menu, a varied selection of upscale California cuisine, runs the gamut from artisan cheese plates to citrus-glazed pork chops and beef tenderloin pizettes.

Best Mall Food Anywhere. Familiar with this upscale chain from my days in Jersey (Paramus Park). Wasn't dissapointed with the Providence "franchise". Great appetizers, had the pate which was awesome. Entrees were limited, pricey and in some cases, a la carte. $30 for filet mignon, naked. Although the $5 grilled spinach with dried tomatoes and pine nuts had to be the best greens I've ever had. Dessert was incredible too, spice cake with pumpkin ice cream and other treats. Where else can you get food like this while dressed as a white-trash mall rat. Love this place as you can go ultra-casual and enjoy higher-end dining. Wish some diners could shut their kids up. My little darling was quiet as a churchmouse, or course.

Maybe I went on a bad night. Atmosphere is elegant and wait staff is helpful, friendly and ill informed. Waited 30 minutes to be seated after our reservation time. Coarse bread was served with a very light, tasteless olive oil (canola perhaps?). Appetizer of mussels was half overcooked, half under cooked (2 different preparations?). Calamari was tasty but small. Ordered special and OTM pasta dishes. Both had great presentation. Taste was unpalatable. Do they even taste their own food? Priced as expected for atmosphere. Stay for the drinks, go somewhere else for a good meal.
