Worst Customer Service EVER – We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, greeted, or handed a menu. Then our take-out order took more than 40 minutes - and was wrong. Twice were told the order was wrong, but they never apologized or offered to rectify the situation. They just told us matter-of-factly "we made the wrong thing" and gave us the food with the bill. We had to go to work and didn’t have time to wait for them to remake the order (not they never even offered to do so anyway) so we asked for a discount for the wrong food. We were very civil with them. They were rude and never apologized. They took away the wrong order but refused to take the item of our bill. We asked to talk to a manager several times. He refused on several occasions. When we told them we weren’t paying for the meal but thought it fair that we should be able to keep the food at this point. The girl said "ok" and went back to refund the money. She told us they had refunded our money, but refused to give us a receipt for proof so we left with the food we had left after over an hour of being there. The first time we saw the manager was when he followed us and angrily yelled at my wife, accusing her of stealing. I eventually had to walk away b/c I was afraid of what I would do to him if I confronted him so I called the later and spoke to him. He admitted no wrong, refused to apologize, and basically told me we were in the wrong... My wife went to work late and hungry because of them and was extremely upset at being harrased by the managment for "stealing"

Don't eat here! – I got sick from the sushi. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far far away from Sushi Hana and it's sub-standard fish.

Sushi Hana is AWESOME !!! – Sushi Hana ... wow. I have been there MULTIPLE times and have never had a bad experience. My husband and I always have fantastic sushi. It is always so fresh. We have tried other sushi places but we keep coming back to Sushi Hana. The service is wonderful and you cant ask for better food. The Hana Sunday and the Hana Sunrise are absolutely amazing. What a GREAT combo of food. If you want excellent sushi - give this place a try. I have never regretted recommending this place! Everyone I have sent over there has absolutely loved it and have become "hooked" themselves!

Horrible Experience – I visited Sushi Hana on 7/25/2008 around 6:00 pm at table one (the hostess shouted this out to the server while seating us). To start off with, we had a very tall waiter who strangely enough looked exactly like Elijah Wood. We ordered the sashimi appetizer to start off with and then the waiter tried to take our menus. We told him we still wanted our menus b/c we were going to order sushi. Then we specifically told him we just wanted the appetizer and even pointed to it on the menu.

Me and my friend split a 22 ounce Sapporo (the waiter didn't check our IDs and we are both very young looking) and right when we poured the beer into the glass, the waiter asked if wanted another beer which was really weird as we had two full glasses in front of us. The sushi we ordered was not very fresh tasting so we ate maybe five pieces out of 24 ordered. We told the waiter we were ready for the bill, he never asked if anything was wrong w/ the sushi (which we wouldn't have complained but he could have asked). He brings us the check and he has charged us $15+ for a sashimi entree. We told him that we ordered the appetizer and told him to take off the incorrect item. He goes to the back and comes back and says, "I gave you the entree, if I gave you the incorrect item, you should have said so in the beginning". I have probably told at least 50 people about this incident so far because I was shocked at this response and so has everyone else been.

Does Sushi Hana make a regular practice of bringing customers the wrong (more expensive) entree and sticking the customer with the bill? As this was my first time in the restaurant, I didn't know the difference in the # of fish served in the sashimi appetizer vs. entree. Silly me for assuming the waiter would get this right. Long story short, I will never return here and I really hope that other people can read this review and be wary of this place as well.

A Sushi Delight – My family and I just ate at Sushi Koji and what a wonderful experience! The restaurant, though small, had a cozy warm feel to it. The staff made us feel as if we were regulars, even though it was I first time there. The food was excellent. We tried between 7-8 different types of sushi and 4 different types of rolls. Our favorites were the california, spicy tuna and spicy yellow tail rolls. The surf clam, sweet shrimp, crab stick, and yellow tail sushi were also hits with the family. All fresh and delicious. I also recommend a dish called Beef Tataki. The service was fast and responsive. The prices reasonable. I thinking of convincing my co-workers to go there for lunch today. I highly recommend the restaurant!!!!

Sushi in SC – Sushi Koji is one of my favorites when visiting Greenville. I highly suggest the Koji Special Roll. Spicy Crab roll with Unagi on top! Excellent blend of tastes!

Friendly, efficient service.....I highly recommend this restaurant.
