Disgusted! – I agree with all the other reviewers. Insight is horrible. One star is too much for them. I have been dealing with them for over 5 months with the same problem. Every technician seems to think they figured my problem out. But within a week of them leaving I have either the same problem or a totally new one. The latest venture with them was a disaster. I scheduled an appointment for between 2 - 5. I literally walked outside to check my mail at 2pm...apparently that's when someone from Insight called my house phone. And because I didn't answer, they cancelled my appointment. When I finally saw that there was a voice mail, it was 4:30. I had wasted 3 hours of my day. They couldn't send anyone out that day. So I'm now shopping for new Internet, TV and phone. I'm disgusted with their service!
Corporations versus people – I wish there was a way to protect myself from this company....
I've been their customer for almost 7 years. I had to move and had to return the equipment.
They would not let me to drop it off and would miss the appointments to pick it up. Instead (after I moved) they reported it to the collection agency and successfully extorted $75. Not a single supervisor helped me to resolve the matter. And (a big surprise!!!!) there is no way to protect myself or get back these money.
I wish there was a way to report them to the collection agency and threaten their credit score...

Insight is the Sherrif of Nottingham – Unfortunately Robin Hood is nowhere to be found. CNET reports that America is FAR behind the rest of the world when it comes to Internet Bandwidth (speed). Insight has lowered our speeds, increased our rates, then launched a mega-million dollar ad campaign to sell our old speed back to us. THE SHAME! All without spending a penny on upgrading our infrastructure. Not to mention terrible, horrible, no good, very bad service, undisclosed fees and charges, false line items, rude employees. (The list goes on.) The only reason that Insight is still a player is because IT HAS NO COMPETITION!! Time-Warner WAS going to come here but they both turned to Saveology(dot)com : a Monopoly company. Folks, it's time to drop your Insight services. Show them you've had enough the only way you can. With your dollars.
Do Not Work Here – Do not work for this company, especially in the phone sales department. Before you know it they will reduce you to part time, take away your weekly pay, tell you that you now work on commission, then fire you "or encourage you to hang it up" when you don't force 20 people a week to use their phones. Someone should tell Insight that it is the 21st Century and more people use their cell phones than land lines. Afterall they sale cable internet....Now that the days of DSL are behind us why do we need a land line phone....So all those "Insight Now Hiring" advertisements you see, ignore them....it's a joke not a job!
