Friendly,Fast, and done Right!! – Took the knit liner in that goes inside my ski helmet yesterday... I had a bad connection from lots of wear... took them Five minutes to have it in better working condition and connection then when the product was brand new... I appreciate the kind friendly service that they offer....

Telco Electronics – These guys were awsome.They fix my tv with no problem,had it done in about 2 1/2 days. I dont usually get good customer service at places that do electronic work. About a week later had problems with my projector, they had it up and running within 20 minutes.
Great service! – My big screen recently died on me, so I called these guys up and set up an appointment to get it fixed. The guy came out on time, fixed me up for a great price and was real personable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
Not recommended – I was referred to this company by Circuit city where we purchased our TV from. A big 52" Hitachi, so I had to have them come to my house to for the service call. Thought the $90 service charge was a bit high, but what else could I do? The "technician" looked at it for about 15 minutes and said it would have to be taken to the shop. So, off he went with my TV. That was a month ago. They called the first part of the following week and said it would cost me $725 to fix it. I denied the repair since I can buy a decent new one for that. I asked if they ever bought the TVs to use for parts. Nope they said, takes up too much space. I was told the technician would call to set up an appointment to return it to me. It's been a month now, and I have called 7 times as of this morning. I was told every time that someone would call me and set up an appointment to return it, then I never hear a word. I wonder if they are trying to wear me down so they can keep it to use it for parts. Funny how they cashed my $90 check in short order, but that's been the only thing fast about them! I told them this morning I want this resolved today. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, I was told the so called technician would put the TV back together and call me this afternoon. I wonder why it still needs to be put back together due to the fact I've called 7 times and was told it was ready to be returned to me!! I will call back yet again this afternoon. But I am about ready to file a police report against them for not returning my property. It's been ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Believe me, I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Wonderful experience – I recently had a Panasonic Plasma fail under warranty. I called panasonic and they said they would dispatch a call and get someone out soon. Withing 24 hours Telco called and talked to me about my problem. We went through what kind of symptoms my tv was having and made sure it wasnt just something I was doing on my end. Afterwords, they said they would pre-order the part for the unit and be out the next day(Panasonic overnights parts which is fantastic!).
They arrived promptly the next day, installed the part, and away my tv went. It was wonderful service. I would recommend them to anyone.
Worst electronics company I have ever dealt with – So I had a problem with my big screen Samsung TV. No problem, I bought the extended warranty. Yeah, right. Here it is 7 weeks later and it's still not fixed, and I haven't seen it in over a month. Telco' s major problem appears to be incompetence. Their staff don't perform any sort of thorough diagnostic of the problem, they guess and then repair by trial and error. Their management proffer lame excuses as to the undue delays. They don't communicate with the customer unless badgered, and they don't perform the service unless reminded.
They needed authorization from the Warranty company to order the part for repair - and sat on the request until nearly a week after the initial 2 minute "analysis" of the problem. This happened repeatedly, as the first part they ordered failed upon insertion into the unit, requiring not only a reorder, but transportation of the television to their facility to "speed up" the repair process - I would receive it back in perfect working order - someday. The second "authorization request" again was sat on until I called to inquire the status - then it was a mad scramble by them to get the authorization, which always seemed to magically occur the day after I called. I must have amazing timing. Then the second part failed as well - and they finally determined another part was bad, so that needed to be replaced as well - and you guessed it, the authorization for that was sat on until I called the warranty company to complain - now a full 5 1/2 weeks into this fiasco. I did get a call back from them after contacting the warranty company - the very next day, and magically, they had the authorization. Now they would order the parts "immediately" but did not know how long they would take to arrive, etc., etc.
I still don't have my tv back, and I have no idea how long it will be until I get it back - and then, based on what I've had to deal with thus far, can their "repair" be really trusted? Avoid them at all costs.
