Won't eat there again - ever. – We live in the area and have tried to eat at Noah's 3 or 4 times. When the farmer's market is going on Sundays, it can be tempting to go there because all the other breakfast places are packed. But. don't. do. it.
Prior to today, it has always been frustrating because of how slow they are, seating is difficult (if not totally unavailable), only one person can use the coffee condiments at a time because the shelf is so narrow, and the restaurant can be very, very hot inside.
But today was out of control - I won't be surprised if other people who were they today review as well. I waited 35 minutes for ONE egg wrap. Some people were waiting that long for one simple bagel. The workers seemed to be moving at a snail's pace, and didn't care that so many people were gathered around waiting for such simple items.
If you can't pump out bagels, you shouldn't be a bagel shop!
Breakfast- Great Grab and Go! – The breakfast paninis are incredible! The selection is enough to make your mouth water...Although lines are generally long during breakfast hours, the wait is more than worth it.

Scattered around California and the Pacific Northwest, these casual cafes cater to on-the-go daytime diners. In addition to 17 sweet and savory bagel varieties and a range of flavored cream cheeses, the shop's morning menu offers freshly baked pastries, signature "eggsensation" omelet combinations and five coffee blends named for NYC neighborhoods. Lunch options include gourmet sausage "bagel dogs," a selection of salads and hot and cold deli sandwiches piled with pastrami, corned beef and lox.
Wide choice of sublime bagels and pastries – Inventive bagel based creations and delicious pastries are mainly served here. I went there on a Sunday morning and discovered many tasty eats. The bagels were served crispy and hot while they came splited in two halves and packed in sandwich paper. The wide selection of bagels and spreads was impressive. Though the atmosphere is pretty much like at a common chain eatery--nothing special.
One word- panini – I'm a biased NYer- I rarely to never eat bagels here anyway...but the breakfast panini at Noah's is amazing- I don't even worry about what's in it, I just chomp away- my boyfriend once tried to be adventurous and got a different breakfast sandwich- big mistake-- it was hard to share mine! Try and and I believe you'll see my point. Plus, it's a nice option when you don't want to be too fahhhncy....
Good for Groups – Though Noah's bagels don't come close to those from the Big Apple, they at least get points for being adventurous by offering flavors that no self-respecting Jewish deli would ever dream of. Some of the more unusual selections include cracked peppercorn potato and asiago cheese. The schmears (cream cheese blended with upscale ingredients like sun-dried tomato and basil, and maple raisin walnut) are also out of the oridinary and can be slathered on a bagel while you wait or taken home in handy prepackaged containers. Lunchtime offers some tasty gourmet sandwiches, especially the albacore tuna salad, which comes with a choice of sweet coleslaw or chunky potato salad.
