Avoid – Used to come here and thought it was a pretty good deal. However it has gone down hill fast. Stopped in about 12:30 last week for their lunch buffet. There were four other people eating there which should have told me something. I purchased the buffet which included pizza, pasta and bread with a drink and it was over $11 (pretty pricey for a lunch buffet in my opinion) this didn't include the salad bar which was and additional price.

There were two pizza on the hot bar, the server asked me if I would like a special kind of pizza and I told her supreme would be fine (there were four pieces still on the bar) they have a pasta bar which includes pre cooked pastas and sauces that they will warm for you I had to ask one of the employees to do this as they were all sitting at table having a converstation. They also had what was labeled as veal parmigian which turned out to be a precooked breaded chicken patty that had sauce and cheese on it. Their lasagna was sitting in a water bath. I went to the soft drink machine and it said ONE FREE REFILL PAY CLERK FOR ADDITIONAL REFILLS (they didn't mention this when I paid).

In the time I was there was no new pizza put out, when I left there was a half of a pan of pizza on their buffet and it was cheese. There doesn't seem to be any one in charge of what is going on. Seemed to be some college age kids hanging out. I won't be back.

Very poor service from the manager with a grudge – My family of 5 was going to Soprano's for the buffet every week for 2 months until the night I made some requests. I asked for tea, because it had run out and when we sat to eat and the bread was cold and hard. I asked for fresh bread and was told nothing was wrong with what was out. I had to ask them to heat it up. The woman I spoke to tried to get someone to help but couldn't get anything done. I requested refunds for the drinks we never got and left. I returned on another night with my family looking forward to a better dining experience and had no luck. That same manager greeted everyone else coming in and leaving but us. The 2 families that left prior to us were warmly welcomed back and as we were leaving, not a word came from him. He was standing at the register just watching us leave as if it was some sort of relief. I will not go back to Soprano's and have told my mom & her friends that were also going to Soprano's about this. Since then, I have found a different restaurant where my family is welcome and customer service is very much alive! DON'T RISK IT, FIND ANOTHER RESTAURANT.

Almost as good as Chicago pizza – This place ROCKS!!! I left Chicago 8 years ago and have not found a pizza that can compare since. Then, my husband talked me into trying Sopranos. The toppings, the crust (they have about 10 different kinds of crusts!), the way it's prepared . . . YUM! And it doesn't just stop with the pizza--they also have fantastic calzone, strombolli, and lasagna. We have never eaten in, as it's very convenient for us to pick it up on the way home from work, but I've scoped out their buffet--great selection and they keep it fresh. And for those who would rather take it home, like us, or have it delivered, they are prompt and courteous. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for good Italian food at a reasonable price.

Bueno, bueno, bueno!!! – Having sustained a hip injury, I decided to "order in" recently. My husband pulled out a handful of door flyers from our kitchen drawer, and we thought maybe we'd have a pizza delivered. My husband was reading through a flyer from Soprano's and discovered that their menu wasn't limited to pizza only. He thought their Angel Hair Chicken Alfredo sounded good and I went along with it. We also ordered a Caesar salad. I was a little apprehensive knowing that Angel Hair pasta can become a solid mass when exposed to room temps and Romaine lettuce can get soggy in no time. BUT, #1 the delivery service was prompt & friendly, #2 there was plenty of food for 2 people (enough leftovers for lunch the following day), #3 it looked and smelled WONDERFUL and, most importantly, everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Talk about enjoying a home-cooked meal without even lifting a finger! Oh, and lest I forget, we also ordered their NY Cheesecake which was melt-in-your-mouth scrumptuous!!!! Last night we ordered a thin crust pizza & a couple of Cannolis. The pizza was the absolute best I've had since moving to TX 2-1/2 years ago. WOW! This could become a delicious habit!!! 5 stars to Soprano's!!!! To the customer who took issue with the Soprano's version of Caesar salad - - I, too, wondered why there was a generous slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber but, BIG DEAL, I just removed it and thoroughly enjoyed the crisp, clean, fresh & tasty lettuce. Dressing was served a la carte which kept the lettuce wonderfully crisp. I certainly wouldn't let something as insignificant as THAT cloud my decision to give Soprano's a try. Trying to figure out what to order tonight! Price is excellent, as well. Kudos to our friends at Soprano's!

Can't Admit Mistakes? – I ordered caesar salad. When I got it it contained Tomatoes, Cucumber, Olives, House Dressing and Croutons. I called them. The woman insisted that a caesar comes with all that. I tried to explain that was the Greek Salad according to their menu. She then had the nerve to tell me I should have asked what came on a Caesar. Why would I ask if the same ingredients on the Greek were automatically included in a Caesar and if it comes with Caesar Dressing or is it really house?

I took it back and the manager immediately began to scream at me that he can put whatever he wants on it and call it a caesar. I said "You put the exact same ingredients and dressing on two salads and call them different things?"

Well, you could serve a hamburger and call it steak, but that doesn't make it true.

Best Pizza Buffet I've Ever Had! – For less than $8, you get all you can eat salad, pizza, calzone, stromboli, pasta, dessert and drink. There's two types of lettuce and its always fresh and never brown. There's about 10 salad toppings, all of which is fresh. The cheese is real, not fake. You can order custom pizzas, calzones and stromboli with whatever you want. Best of all, you can eat as much as you like.
