AWESOME FOOD!!!!!. I am from Dallas, TX, but I was stationed in San Diego , CA. Whee me and my wife are moving back to after school, and Mexican food in California is different than Tex-Mex is. But I must say that Tortuga is sooooo good. It's less like Tex-Mex and more like REAL Mexican food in my opinion. Anyways go try the enchilada's they are fabulous.
