Just helped an employee buy a vehicle from these folks. Let me say that, initially, i thought the price was too high on the vehicle. I was able to negoiatiate the price down to a fair number and the deal was made. These folks were easy to deal with, willing to negotiate, and pleasant to work with. I would buy from this dealership again.
The best Nissan dealership in town! – We've had bad experiences with 2-3 other dealerships. When I want to get a lease vehicle, or a vehicle in general I visit Mossy. Abraham is the absolute best sales person that any customer could deal with. When other dealerships could not or would not try to get me the truck that I wanted, he could make it happen. Ask for Abraham, he knows what he's doing. He even ordered the truck from out of town for me. That's going above and beyond I'd say.

WORST DEALER EVER – BAIT AND SWITCH BAIT AND SWITCH BAIT AND SWITCH> I searched for a car and they told me they had it (it was a lie) They told me the lowest price in houston and (that was a lie) they tried to sell me a diffrent vehicle from there inventory. I have heard about this dealership doing this from other dealers but I still got lured in with the low price. Shame on me but mainly shame on them. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER.
It would mean the world to us if we could have a chance to further understand this situation and an opportunity to try and resolve this matter. Great buying experience, but then... – I was very happy with my salesperson. He worked hard to find the exact truck I wanted and I felt I got a good price. My sales experience was 5 stars.
But then I met with the business manager. I felt manipulated into purchasing an expensive extended maintenance agreement that covered too little for too short a time for too much money.
Then six days after picking up my car I found a crack in a tail light. The service dept refused to cover it saying it was rock damage. Given the location of the crack, it is hard to imagine how a rock or a shopping cart or anything else could have caused this. It was almost certainly a manufacturing defect or transportation damage.
Four suggestions. One, yes, consider Mossy for your car purchase. Two, if you will consider having them finance, make sure you know exactly what your bank would charge for the loan before you go in. Three, do not purchase any additional warantee, prepaid service, dent insurance, or anything else. Get the car, period. Four, when you pick up your car, go with a friend and inspect the car inch by inch for any damage. Go with a friend because you need somebody to examine the car who is not blinded by new-car love (or new truck love, in my case.)
Had I followed this advise I would have saved almost $1500 on a questionable warantee and $107 to replace a tail light cover.
Overall, I rate the purchase experience as five stars and the post sales experience as three stars for an average of four stars.
best car buying experience i have had – i was looking for a new car and knew that the nissan altima was a recommended car by consumer reports for 2010.
after going down the access road on I-10, first trying the volvo c30, i planned to try the nissan altima, then the toyota prius and finally the ford fusion.
one of the best salesmen i have encountered met me at nissan and without pressure or hype assured me that the nissan altima would be my best choice.
i corresponded with two other nissan dealers to make sure i was going to get the best deal possible, and i have not regretted it one minute.
abraham adedokun, the salesman, made this experience most enjoyable, and everyone else i came in contact with at mossy continues with the same courtesy.
Great Customer Service for Jerry "OK" Okoroji – I am a returning customer of Mossy Nissan; just wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service that I received in dealing with the staff at Mossy Nissan especially in working with Jerry "OK" he was very helpful from start to finish, I recently purchased a Nissan Altima 2.5S, if you're looking for Honesty, Integrity and Commitment in a Salesperson then look no further. I would definitely recommend Mossy if you're in the market for a Nissan product go visit Jerry "OK" , the O is for Outstanding, the K is for Knowledgeable.
Great Customer Service from Jerry Ok! – I live all the way out in Spring TX and still found it necessary to skip several other Nissan dealerships because of previous excellent reviews of Mossy. And now after buying my first Nissan, I see why the reviews were so great. My salesman, Jerry "OK" was fabulous from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable of the 2010 Murano I purchased and very helpful with the financing process. I feel that I got a great deal and I plan on continuing to use Mossy for all my new Murano needs!! Highly recommend this dealer if you want a staff that knows what they are talking about and willing to work to make you a great deal.
Mossy Nissan, New Purchase – I am a past customer of Mossy Nissan, two cars, and like the reliability and economy of Nissan cars. I arrived with my specifications for a new Altima and Sales Consultant Shannon Jackson found the appropriate model and color for me and arranged for a test drive immediately. Due to time constraints I couldn't deal for a new car that day and arranged to return a week later with no pressure.
On my return Shannon had my trade-in evaluated and Nissan offered a very fair value. Shannon presented various options on Nissan's loan promotions, payment schemes and after some negotiations I accepted a deal for the car of my choice and drove it home. The entire process including loan, paperwork and car prep took less than three hours. Based on my experience, I am happy to recommend Shannon Jackson and Mossy Nissan
Wonderful dearlership – I walked in for maintenance on my nissan altima ( which I also bought at the Mossy Nissan National City, CA location) and decided to kill time by test driving a Murango. I was assisted my Shannon Jackson, he understood that I didnt need a new car but I was interested in getting a Murango if I could get a car note that I will be comfortable with.
Shannon and his co-workers did not pressure me into getting a new car. Instead they worked all day with me to get me in the Murango model that I wanted with a car note that I could handle. I also received great trade-in price for my altima.
I even joked about recieving homemade oatmeal raisin cookies and Shannon suprised me that following Monday with some delicious homemade oatmeal raisin cookies.
I would suggest stopping by and talking to Shannnon and his co-workers. Nissan's are great cars and Mossy is a great dealership, you wouldn't be dissappointed. I know I wasn't.

WERE TREATED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER BY MR. SHANNON JACKSON AT MOSSY NISSAN WHEN WE CAME TO BY 2 CARS FOR MY HUSBAND AND MY SELF. WE WERE MOST IMPRESSED THAT HE OFFERED TO TAKE US TO OUR HOME TO MEASURE OUR GARAGE TO MAKE SURE THE MURANO WOULD FIT , AS IN A PRIOR EXPERIENCE
