Tres Leches Cake to Die For.
We got our wedding cake from Bulverde Bakery. They say they're the originators of Tres Leches Cake--and they certainly do make a good one. They did a great job of decorating, and the cake was delivered to the reception as expected. They were also willing to do multiple tastings; both my husband and I were from out of town, and couldn't get there on the same weekend.
To top it all off, they did a fantastic job of wrapping and freezing the top layer. The cake was still moist and delicious when we unwrapped it for Christmas dessert nearly a year later!
