I WORKED HERE FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF...TRAINING WAS HORRIBLE...THE WHOLE TIME I WATCHED THE WAITRESSES MAKE OUT WITH THE COOKS AND COMPLAIN WHEN THEY GOT SAT SO THEY TREATED THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. THE MANAGERS AND WAITRESSES HAVE "SLEEP OVERS" SO IF A CUSTOMER COMPLAINED...GOOD LUCK WITH GETTING ANY RESPECT BECAUSE THE MANAGERS DONT GIVE A SHIT....YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I GOT FIRED? BECAUSE THERE WAS A BLACK CURLY HAIR IN THE STEAK AND NOT JUST ONE, I TOLD THE MANAGER BEFORE TAKING IT OUT, HE TOLD ME TO JUST TAKE IT OFF AND GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER, I REFUSED TO TAKE IT OUT CAUSE THATS DISGUSTING, THEY TOLD ME I DIDNT FIT IN BECAUSE I WOULDNT SERVE A CUSTOMER PUBIC COLD STEAK. NEVER GO HERE...NEVER ITS DISGUSTING!
Dirty bathroom, dirty silverware.
I am sitting at a table right now. It took 30 minutes to get an order of nachos. When they got here, they were ice cold. Ten minutes later, after I complained, the sandwiches arrived. 45 minutes for sandwiches. Unbelievable
Horrendous service, poor food.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE: If you want to wait 50 minutes for a Pepsi, come here. If you want to wait 100 minutes for a hamburger and a steak to arrive, eat here. If you want to be asked 5 times by 3 different servers what you ordered, then you found the place. If you want a full order of ribs (for which they claim they are famous!), then wait 70 minutes for a 1/2 order (was that all they had?) and then another 20 minutes after you're done eating that 1/2 order for the second 1/2 order, then come on down! If you then had an inclination to complain to the manager after this poor meal and service and want to hear an excuse about splitting checks being the cause that it took the food an hour and a half to arrive, then enjoy. Seriously, that was this manager's excuse. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF THAT WERE A CHOICE!
Horrible Service, Rude Manager.
We had a large group of people at this location and a majority of the people in our group got food that was edible at best. EVERYONE in our group had HORRIBLE service. When we spoke with the manager about the situation, he refused to be helpful in any way, blaming the problem on the fact that he had to split 30 checks. We arrived at the restaurant (everyone arrived at varying intervals) at 8:10 PM, served our drinks at 8:45 (when they took our food order) and food was served at 9:40. We made up a vast majority of the people in the restaurant. As a former server, there is NO excuse for this debacle. My advice to anyone thinking of going to this restaurant, DON'T! There's an Applebee's right down the street, you'll probably get better service there.
