Justice was served...Con man closed !!!. This man is a con man. I went there to work out and join a gym and he felt it better for me to sell some diet products !! Since I owned my own business I was not interested in working with him. What, they charged my credit card and I never even worked out. Then he had the nerve to charge it again for products I knew nothing about. He is racist and fake and one of the worst people I have ever met. I pray that he will never be able to cause stress, steal or harm anyone else in Houston or anywhere. Anyone one else who is stating anything positive has other motives or is related. RUN RUN RUN if you hear Shaun Kelley ever again !! If he goes into business again I urge people to file a claim for their refund in court !!

Run if you see anything to do with Shaun or Jaime Kelley. Shaun Kelley is a con artist in every sense of the word. He uses God and religion to garner credibility, he uses the fact that he is Mary Lou Retton's brother in law, he tells people exactly what they want to hear and then takes their money. I can't believe there are still people out there backing him financially, personally and professionally. Please stay away from any dealings with this man. I am sure some people have had success with his program but that does not forgive him for taking people's money when he knew his business was about to go under. We are not talking about $100's of dollars per person, but thousands! If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit, please post because there should be one.

WORST weight loss program ever!. Shawn Kelley promises you all sorts of results and they never reall happen. He is so fake and really doesn't care about your happiness or satisfaction. He boasts about teaching you about different food and have a trainer who cares about you. My trainer was horrible and rude and did not care about what I wanted or what I was going through. Some of the trainers were nice but I was placed with someone who shouldn't be working in this industry. You should treat people with respect and try to get them what they paid for. He also guarantees that if you don't succeed in the goals that you and him agree on he will reimberse your money or give you another 3 months. This never happened with me. I am so disappointed with this kind of service.

Crunch some numbers instead of your abs, Kelley!. It's true: Shaun Kelley HATES fat people but he LOVES their money and the gaudy and extravagant lifestyle it has provided for him and his saddle-bag wife. But Shaun's been bingeing on his finances and now he's got Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to chew on, even though he was still hawking memberships only hours before he shut the doors to his gym! Amazingly, the Socials don't seem fazed by his con-artist status as his pic was recently taken at a charity event at a chi-chi ladies' boutique. Personally, I wouldn't contribute a penny to ANY charity with which he's associated nor would I patronize a store that willingly accepts his ill-gained funds. Take off those Rose-colored glasses (pun intended) Socials and remember: Hang out with garbage and you'll start to stink. (Of course, when your reality-TV daughter looks and acts like a day-shift pole-dancer at Gigi's Cabaret, maybe Shaun's not so skanky afterall!)

Another obvious attempt at damage control.

Be real. I worked out there 5 days a week for three months and barely saw the man's face. He certainly doesn't know my name or my fertility status. He may have been busy working that food deal. He obviously gave up on the clients long ago. Maybe he was still trying to make the business work when you were there.

Maybe you shared a few lovely moments with Shaun, but great people aren't just great people to a few people some of the time. If he were truly great, there would be some consistency of character.

I wonder how he is paying Pete since the business is bankrupt?

Great guy!!. I absolutely would recommend Shaun Kelley to anybody. He was and is such a great motivator! He always took his time with everybody and treated everyone with respect. He is truely a great person.

I went to workout there after turning forty and giving up on my chance to have a child. I suffered through fertility treatments and a bad miscarriage prior to going to Shaun Kelley's gym. Upon going to the gym, Shaun helped me to eat with proper nutrition and how to workout with weights. After 4 months of working out, I found out I was pregnant!! I wasn't on any fertility treatments at that time. My husband and I were so happy and can't thank Shaun enough for his expertise and training!!!

Much to your dismay, I was not prompted by Shaun Kelley in any way, shape or form. I was speaking the truth about my experience there. I had seen him on the news and wanted to say what I felt about this man. He is a very nice person and I will stand by that. I only knew him on a professional basis and no, we didn't "share a few lovely moments" together as you have said in your comment.

I am not a "stupid" person and do have a college degree from UT. I can see him for what he is and that is a great guy. Maybe you should have taken the time to actually get to know him before writing such a mean comment.

Try Studio Fitness Heights!. I am sorry to hear that so many people have had a bad experience with this "trainer". If you are serious about your weight loss, and want to train with someone who understands what it is to lose a lot of weight, Studio Fitness in the Heights is where to go! All trainers are certified! It is a small well-equipped gym for people working with trainers, located among the 19th street shops in the Heights.

lost 53 ibs. I could not lose weight and keep it off permanently.

I am diabetic and was very skeptical but I was in for a serious butt-kicking. Both mentally and phsically- this helped change my life. Take the time - you are worth it!

For the first time in my life I actually believe that. Just do it!!!

Lost 35 Pounds. I am a very busy business woman and do not have a lot of time for a program that does not work.

I have tried several different programs and diets for the last several years to lose weight and inches. When I was first introduced to Shaun Kelly's Weight Loss system, I was concerned about the price but when I looked at the whole system, exercise, diet and nutrition, I decided that it was the best system I had seen and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, after all these years, I was finally able to lose weight and inches where I wanted. The program was designed for my concerns and requests. The workout is very intense and is not for the uncommitted but when you commit yourself it does work. The facilities are very complete with specialized equipment that is available to be used, unlike a membership gym where everyone is standing in line to get on the equipment. Everyone is very nice and concerned about how your program is working and are you losing weight.

Gained 15 pounds of muscle. When I first went to Shaun Kelleys gym I thought it was only good for people who had weight to loose not gain. I walked into his gym weighing in a total of 150 pounds skinny as a twig and walked out weighing in a total of 175 pounds cut like the guys you see on tv. (ok maybe not as cut but a HUGE improvement from where I was). The place does cost a pretty penny but it is so worth it because it's s no BS place. From the day you sign up to the day you leave you have a personal trainer training you like your in boot camp.
