Avoid IPAC at all costs. They are notorious for not honoring posted sales prices on vehicles, not to mention poor customer relations. Mr. Benson (Owner), Stop the FRAUD and get rid of all the weasels that work at IPAC. Thieves and cons!
Poor service wrong vin number new vehicle – The dealership screwed up the vin number when doing the paperwork and I have not yet been able to pay for the vehicle and it has been a major headache and huge inconvenience for me. The dealership ipac needs to own up to its mistakes and make things right with me for the waste of my time due to their mess up being unorganized and just trying to process my sale through like another number. I’m avery upset and will let everyone i know or come in contact with that this dealership has no service after the sale and the finance company they use ally has poor customer service also. I bought this vehicle 2-3 months ago and have yet to be able to make pyments on the vehicle. It it out of ipacs hands now they told me, but still im in the customer service business and if we make a legit mistake we own it and make it right with the customer, they haven’t offered me anything to make it right due to all the time i am taking trying to resolve this and the stress of it the back and forth with the dealership and ally at the finance company. Then they tell me to call ally up and talk to this lady its the same thing they are gonna do??? I’m like what? You guys (ipac) screwed up the vin number on the paperwork or never sent it in or what not, why should i have to do your leg work? I’m very very frustrated if you can’t tell and intend to let everyone I know being friend relative or client in my business that this dealership is very incompetent and only car about the sale not customer satisfaction. The really annoying part is after i have already bought the vehicle drove it home after a few days they call me back to re-do the paperwork because they messed up on the vin (the most important part of buying a vehicle) and i was Ike ok sure no problem and now i am dealing with this and i still cat believe that this happened and now I’m dealing with this for 3 months with no resolution still and really No help or maybe offer to pay for a month of car payment or maybe a year free at a car wash place something i didt even get a sorry a from a higher up just from my salesman which i feel sorry for because he is in the middle of all this, but he had to of generated the invoice for the sale? Anyway i highly do not recommend ipac and will never buy another vehicle from them again and will do my best ato let everyone I know and hopefully sometime this year i can get this handled from their major mistake which is causing me stress and lots of time that i do not have to mess with this stuff…anyways thanks alot ipac….
