Fabulous – We had dinner at Grazie! during the holidays and enjoyed the atmosphere and Christmas Spirit. The place was hopping with dinner and banquet parties. The food is extremely reasonable and tasted great! The decor is very Italian and charming and the pastries are excellent. The prices are unbelievable for a white table cloth restaurant! Went back just recently and had the leg of lamb special and I still can't stop thinking about how good it was!
Our Wedding at Grazie! was WONDERFUL!!!!!! – Our wedding reception in August 2009 was fabulous! we could not have wished for a better reception. The food was not only plentiful, but very good too. All of the guests kept telling us that our wedding was one of the best they've ever attended; maybe it was the Cubs theme? Anyways, we had nothing but a wonderful experience with Grazie! and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the biggest bang for their buck for their wedding.
A wedding to remember.... – We just had our wedding reception held at Grazie in June 2010 and could not have asked for a better wedding reception. Everything ran according to plan and we were able to sit back and enjoy every aspect of our wedding. The event coordinators did an amazing job at helping organize things and did great the day of the wedding. The food was excellent and the ballroom was beautiful! So many of our guests commented at how great everything went and how impressed they were with everything. Thanks to Grazie and their amazing staff our wedding was a huge success and a night to remember forever!
Wedding Reception – We had our wedding reception at Grazie's and it was wonderful. The staff was very polite and courteous and the food was terrific.Our guests our still raving about the terrific evening. We would highly recommend Grazie's. Thanks for a perfect evening !!

Accommodating, beautiful, great value, DELICIOUS food! – Our experience with Grazie! before and during our wedding reception on October, 25, 2008 was exceptional. I found Grazie! on the Web when I was casting a very large net (about 150 locations) for a venue for my wedding reception. As I narrowed venues down, it became clear that Grazie! fit the bill perfectly. Maura kept in touch with me before my decision was made, answering what must have been a million questions quickly. When my DH and I had it narrowed down, we visited four venues. The staff at Grazie! was accommodating and knowledgeable; the restaurant is beautiful and unique. But what sold us was the FOOD. I wanted my guests to have delicious food & full stomachs. When we checked out our menu options, I told my DH, 'either the food is incredible, or they're really good at describing it on the menu.' Thank goodness it turned out to be both! And the value! You receive so darn much for your money--it's incredible. Phyllis became our wedding coordinator, and Kami our banquet captain. Both were fantastic at their jobs. Phyllis answered a million more e-mails cheerfully. Kami told me that whenever I needed access to the room (unless there was an event going on), I had it. On the big day, everything went off without a hitch. My guests gushed about the food and the venue, with some stating that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Kami was on top of everything that night, making sure that I had everything I needed, including a bridal suite I didn't even know I was getting! Another wedding was that night in the Grand Ballroom, but I barely noticed they were there. All in all, a fantastic night with fantastic food & service. BOOK this venue for your event--you won't regret it. And if you'd like to check out the food beforehand, they have a Sunday brunch that features a different menu each week, but always some of the entrees you'll pick from for your event--& always the sweet table. We will forever know that we made the right choice for our wedding day!
Rude and Unprofessional When We Needed Them the Most! – Grazie has great food and charm when things are going well, but don't count on them to do anything in an emergency. When a storm knocked out power in the area on the Thursday before our daughter's Saturday wedding we knew that some businesses were out. But we didn't find out about Grazie until Friday afternoon when we showed up to drop something off and found them totally in the dark. The party line was "don't worry, we'll make it happen." We were told that new food would be available in the morning and that everything would be taken care of. By mid Saturday morning with the lights still out, we started to panic. The reception for 200 was supposed to start at 6pm. Grazie said they had been searching for a generator without success (we could have gotten one had they told us they were at risk on Thursday!) They told us they were searching for a new place. The Hotel where we were staying had space and was willing to try to pull it together, but Grazie management told them they had NO FOOD or staff that could help. The Grazie manager rudely hung up on the Hotel manager telling him that since we were there, we were HIS problem! At 12:30 we were informed that they had found another place and had handed it off to another banquet hall who did a great job putting together a day saving event with less than 5 hours notice. But we are convinced that without our intervention nothing would have happened. As a result, my wife and I and several friends spent the morning of the wedding on the phone being stressed instead of enjoying our guests and our children. Grazie stole a great deal of our joy. When my wife asked the owner why no one ever contacted us, he said "What would you have done if I had?" If we worked as a team we could have helped each other find a new place or a generator (we had dozens of friends that could have helped if we had more notice.) When we told him this his reply was "Then why DIDN'T you go look for another place yourself ?" That's not customer service!
My Big Fat, Fabulous Wedding! – I could not have asked for more from the staff at Grazie for my wedding day. Everything was planned down to the details before my big day. Every bride is nervous that it will all go smoothly. I shouldn't have worried, they did that for me. My bridal party was given a large room for appetizers and cocktails before introductions. My guests had fantasic hord'ouerves and drinks. Dinner was incredible (I still have guest talking about ALL the food). We had a hor d'ouerves, pasta, salad, 2 meats, veg, potato dessert and a huge dessert station with the cake. It was fantastic. I was informed of everything which left me plenty of time to greet my guests between courses. The lights were dimmed, the room was beautiful. The staff was attentive. They catered to our requests as needed. Provided an elegant atmosphere for a great price! I would recommend this to any bride looking for a reception hall. (Ask for Terry!)
Great food, Great service – My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the service. She had the salmon and I had the chicken portabella. We also had the bruschetta. It was all very good. They only have wine by the glass (about 10), but they have a pretty good beer selection. Our waiter was also very good and prompt.
Grazie-What a Wonderful Place – I had my company party here and it was a great experience. The staff was courtesy and helpful. The food was excellent and my fellow workers could not say enough about the place and they said they would come here for dinner and let there friends know. I also had my daughters wedding here too. The service was excellent and the sweet table was to die for. My guests had a wonderful time. I would recommended to my friends. Good atmosphere and service.
Wedding Disaster – The day of my wedding was a disaster due to numerous mistakes made by Grazie. The area allotted for my cocktail reception did not accommodate my guest. Due to lack of space and extreme temperatures, my guest were spread out in the hallways of the restaurant. The bar was understaffed for the cocktail reception leaving many guests without refreshments. As the reception continued into the Grand Ballroom, the temperature increased, and guests were fanning themselves with their napkins. The lights in the Ballroom were too bright and were not dimmed at the proper times (e.g. first dance, etc.). I approached the staff numerous times to resolve these situations, which were never taken care of. It was extremely chaotic, and the guests were unsure of where they were supposed to be at certain times. To make matters worse, management was not accessible to trouble shoot for any of the aforementioned issues.
