feel more relaxed in a five star restruant than you do at home – My first time at simply fondue was a great experience. I'd never been there before and was wowed from the beginning. The manager opened the door and greeted us wearing a smile and a suit (nice touch). Once inside i instantly noticed the ambience: low lights, chill music, candles on tables. I was greeted by a smiling hostess who cheerfully lead me to the lounge where i met with the rest of my group. They were sipping martini's on their comfy couch chatting with logan (the bartender). he suggested the flirtini a martini topped with champagne. it was fabulous. we sat in the lounge for a while longer and tried another one of their "designer cocktails" five dollar happy hour i couldn't resist. i could have stayed in there and skipped the meal, the music in the lounge is a little diffrerent the lights a little lower, wish my house was that relaxing. but the image of the chocolate being lit on fire and us getting to roast marshmallows at the end of our meal drew me away. we sat at our table in a comfy corner, there were four of us but my fondue veteran friends knew to ask for two burners so we got a round corner booth. We soon were greeted by our waitress(heather) who explained the menu to us( mainly me) and we ordered our salad, cheese, variety of meats, she told us we could take our time and look over their many chocolates (10+) for our dessert course, she brought out the salads and soon it was time to make cheese at the table right in front of us, she explained everything and i thought i could do it my self at home( i wish at least). after that was the main entree, she explained everything and showed us how to cook a few of her favs. The manager even came by and gave me a few tips and cooked me a piece of bacon wrapped tenderloin the way he likes it. at first i was nervous about cooking my own food but they really made me feel at home. by the time choclate came i was blown away and ready for a nap then came that image of the marshmallow.

If you want a relaxing welcome enviroment, avoid going here. – A romantic dinner for two at a unique restaurant sounds so appealing... My wife and I went here with high hopes. This is how it unfolded; As we entered we almost imediately felt out of place. There was no one to greet us immediately and once we were greeted, it was as though we were putting someone out. Had I stepped in something? Was I under dressed? Hmmm... After an ackward unfriendly welcome, we were warned that the eating experience, if we chose all of the courses, could take hours. I was waiting for the follow up comment to quickly exit while we still had time to make it to another restaurant, but it regretably never came. Were they trying to get rid of us? Is business so good that they simply do not need to contend with customer service? I'm not sure... The wait begins... There is nothing to occupy your time. You simply stand there waiting and waiting and waiting... No one engages you. No one offers any explainations - Nothing. Once we were seated and several minutes elapsed we were approached and educated on the system. Our drinks came several minutes later and I began to realize why it could take hours to eat here. Once our food arrived and we became comfortable with the process, it was quite fun experimenting with the variations. The food quality was good. Not great, but good. Good enough, in fact, to try again. The food is not worth the prices they charge, but with the "have-fun-with-your-food" experience, it balances a little more. If you are asking yourself why I can give a below average rating, yet state that I had fun with the food that was good, my answer is simple. I struggled the whole time with the poor reception and long wait time. Even after leaving, I could not get past how uncomfortable I was made to feel.

Absolutely, one of the best expierences i ever had in a resturant... – Lets start off with the service.. exceptional... The server who was very tuned in with us was very nice, and was genious with the menu... she explained everything and anything, starting off with a cheese fondue, we had the pepper jack ( excellent), then moving on to the entrees which you get six meat choices which they have a huge selection, and then dessert.. not to big of a selection but they all seemed tasty we had the white chocolate, it was very tasty... and all of the cooking you do, it doesn't take long and it is a good anniversery, or special occasion place very romantic... and it cost me about 122.00 for two people and 6 top shelf drinks... and a tip... 20%

Mmmmmmmmm, chocolate!!!!!!!!! – My favorite is the house special, which is essentially a four course meal. For the first course you get a salad. At the time you are eating your salad, you also get the appetizer of melted cheese in a beer bath. You get a variety of vegetable, plus squares of a variety of breads to dip in the cheese. For the main course, you get a pot of oil to cook a variety of meat bits and fish bits on skewer. You can batter them, and you also have sauces to dip them in. Last course, and probably the best in everyones mind, the dessert. You get your choice of chocolate, flavored with a little bit of liquior, and you get a small amount of marshmellows, bananas, cherries, angel food cake and strawberries.

INCREDIBLE!! – Just returned home from our first fondue experience and it was incredible. The food, service, and decor were outstanding. Our server, Jesse, was the best we have had anywhere. We will definitely be back and can't wait to try their endless chocolate fondues. Thank you Simply Fondue for an incredible night out.
