Try A Different Location – It is sort of hard to write a bad review after only visiting a place one time, because I feel that maybe that day or that particular time of day they were shortstaffed or just "not on their game". But then again, consistency is very important in running a business; you can't be all over the place in terms of quality.

I went in to the Babcock/Medical center location for the first time; usually I go to the Balcones Heights or North Star locations. It was around 3 pm, well past the lunch rush hour. There were only about two people in the whole restaurant and nobody was waiting in line to order. Except me, that is. It must have taken around five minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me as I was standing in front of the cash register. After finally placing and paying for my very small order (two Al Carbon's and a Quesadilla) I went to sit down and wait till they called my number. As I left the counter I noticed a family of three walk in. So I waited. And waited. And noticed the broom and dustpan by my seat. And waited some more. And then finally a number was called...but it wasn't mine. The family of three had been served before me. So I went up to the counter and one of the cooks came over and said: Here are your two tacos, your quesadilla is coming right up. Really? It takes that long to slap some cheese between to flour tortillas? Not only that, when I eventually sat down to enjoy (not) my lunch, I opened the tacos to find miniature versions of two al carbon tacos. Half the size of what I'm used to getting at the other two aforementioned locations. And they were cold to top it off. The whole time I kept saying that this must be a fluke, but in hindsight, I realize that it was some very poor management, or a lack of management entirely.

Mexican fast-food chain serves up authentic citrus-marinated chicken and a variety of burritos and pollo bowls. – In Short
This restaurant's first roadside chicken stand opened up in Guasave, Mexico in 1975. A family-inspired recipe of chicken marinated in herbs, spices and citrus juices was an overnight success and the Mexican chain opened its first American location in Los Angeles in 1980. Ever since, customers have been devouring the house specialty--zesty flame-grilled chicken served with tortillas and fresh salsa. Other menu options include pollo bowls (rice and chicken), salads and quesadillas.
