Poor Service At Best – If the food was excellent I might have forgiven the rude hostess that was less then empathetic to our situiation..the asst mgr failed to book our party dinner and tried to caim we called the wrong location. We were waiting for a table for almost two hours. They did comp our appettizers, but some of us had to leave and did get to eat dinner. Would never consider booking a party here, again.

Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors – Delivering fresh, authentic Tuscan-style entrees, the casual Italian chain features pizza and pastas as well as monthly special wine dinners.

Poor wine and dinner tasting – We went to tonight's Wine and Dinner Tasting Party and was extremely disappointed. For a set price you get a four course meal with selected wine pair with food the enhance the meal. What a joke. A group of forty plus people was pressed into the was patio with mixed matched tables and chair. Some of us was seating on metal patio furniture. Our table had no table cover, there were no linen napkins (out) had paper napkins and once seated you can't get out to use the restroom because we were packed in like sardines. There was no room to move. The were no private tables it was communal seating, so why make reservations? The first course was cold, the second and third was average, dessert course was terrible. Whipped cream and flavorless pound cake stuffed into a little cup. Yikes. Carino's ran out of wine glasses, so one glass per person, we had to rinse out our glasses when we switch from red to white wine. They ran out of ravoli had to subsitute, ran out of dessert had to subsitute. What kind of a restaurant doen's have enough food and stemware when reservations were made for this special dinner? The wine that was suppose to go with the meal was switched out, it was so hard for the waitress to move around that no one got a second glass of wine only one half glass, took me three time and 20 minutes later to get a glass of water refill. No one explain anything about the wine and why it matched out meal. This was truely a BAD experience all the way around. Did it once and will not do it again.

SIMPLY DELICIOSO!!! – Great Great Great! I absolutelly love this place. The food is so good that I go once a week, all the time. Besides this, the service is excellent and they don't take long to serve you. Whoever desides to visit this restaurant, you have to try the Spicy Shrimp and Chicken plate with a caesar side salad. This is what I always order. The other plates a delicious but I love this one.

Excellent – I loved everything about this place. The bread and oil with garlic was to die for. Complimentary ceasar salad was wonderful. I had the salmon with vegetables and it was the best I've ever had! The service was quick and efficient. I will definitely go back soon!
