Hair salon and spa saks fifth avenue. Bad customer service! waiting for a cut and color (new client) receptionist? booked us back to back, client does not show...told I can be seen and time would be dedicated to me, did not want a service where stylist worked between two clients. walked out moved to another day,Called and canceled, Manager forgot to cancel appt.Over priced,not impressed!
