Best non American food around!. My family LOVES Bangkok Star! At least once a week we either dine in or take out and have never been disappointed with the food or service. I love the Pepper Steak and hubby likes the K3. The Bangkok chicken is also really good. You can order any dish without spice or as hot as you can stand it. Very good food and service. Always nice to visit a place that remembers who you are what you like to order!

family cooking. I have been going to this resturant since the early 90's.

The food has always been good, but not WOW. It is family owned, although a different Thai family owns it now, and the food seems like something they would cook for themselves. It is very good, but does not make you do cartwheels. It is like they invited you over for a family dinner, and the wife is a very good cook.

Given the derth of good resturants in Port Huron, this one is a winner.

Authentic Thai. The cook at the Bangkok Star is actually 100% Thai and knows how to cook great food. I would recommend the Pad Thai or if you like it spicy the Gang Gai. This is a family owen and operated restaurant and is worth trying.
