Kerby's Koney Island in Bloomfield Hills? Worst Ever.. Kerby's Koney Island in Bloomfield Hills WILL try and rip you off. And on top of trying to steal your money-you can count on rude, unprofessional service.

I ordered something that had fries....they said it didn't and argued with me about it even when I showed them the menu. The waitress came back with a crappy plate of fries and said in a very snotty tone "Just take the fries!" I was not at any time rude to her, just showing her where it had that.

My meal had macaroni and cheese, a soft drink, and fries. I got ONE of the 3 items, and they get pissy because I i am paying for all 3? Seems like a cheap way for them to save money-by ripping the customer off.

They tried using the excuse that the OLD menu didn't include that. Who cares what the old menu said?

The staff was so unprofessional, sitting around talking about and pointing at some customers and laughing at them, the place is dirty, and the food would receive a grade of a C-.
