Breaks My Heart. I used to dream of all the positive comments I would have for this company after reading other positive reviews. It breaks my heart to report that the customer service that is the company's main claim fell tragically short. We are no longer clients of Emerald City Designs because of the lack of attention to returning our calls...

Unforgettable!!!. Emerald City Designs made our wedding day an unforgettable event!

From the moment my bridesmaids brought in our bouquets, I knew it would be a special day. The sight of the bouquets took my breath away and even made my mother cry. It was a first glimpse and a teaser to the exquisite vision they created at the hall. Seeing all of the table arrangements together with the warm glow from the sunset was enough to make me melt.

Knowing our wedding coordinator Nicole was there that day, put me and everyone involved at ease. It was so nice knowing she was there to direct everyone into place and worry about all the details for us. The events of the day flowed seamlessly together as if our guests knew where to go on cue. I am unable to count the number of compliments I have received.

The night could have only been better if it never ended. I can thank Emerald City Designs enough for their guidance, creativity, professionalism and exceeding my expectations!
