Nice atmosphere, and service but overpriced and so-so food.. I've been to the Royal Oak and Rochester locations of this place and am not impressed at all. The Royal Oak location has a great atmosphere, and I could see going for drinks after work trying to pick up the ladies, but the food is horribly overpriced and the food (I got the Italian Chicken and he got the steak) was very salty. I will say they have excellent Blue Cheese dressing and the presentatioin is nice, but definately not worth the $85 i spent on dinner for two. Our waitress was very nice, and very well put together (Corin i think). I would definately reconsider going here in the future.

Excellent food and atmosphere. This is truly a gourmet dining experience. Having lived in Italy, I am always wary of "authentic" Italian restaurants, but this food is REALLY good. True, there are long lines to get in on weekend evenings, and true, the service may not always be perfect (though I can't complain, we had lovely service), but the food makes up for all of the drawbacks. The portions are very small, and the prices are high, but we left satisfied and happy. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the Detroit area.

Each Andiamo location is decorated differently, ranging from traditional candle-lit elegance to bright Tuscan charm. All locations feature a bar, private banquet rooms and live evening entertainment. The menu is highlighted by Northern Italian dishes like veal-stuffed ravioli draped with Andiamo's own zesty pasta sauce, and seafood selections ranging from plank-baked whitefish with Italian seasonings to crab legs.

Great food, OK service, long lines. Great food. Service is hit or miss, mostly miss. I highly recommend making reservations on the weekend nights or busy nights because this place gets packed.

THE PLACE TO EAT, RELAX AND DRINK!!. With a great location in downtown Royal Oak and great food and atmosphere, this si the place to see and be seen. The atmosphere is amazing and the food and service are the best in the area. Afterwards you can hit one of the many hotspots in Royal Oak to relax and enjoy your evening. Higly recomended to impress a date.
