Excellent service, nice atmosphere,great food. Just to clarify from reading a previous posted review...Christy the Manager is no longer employed by Ciao Amici's...I as well had experience with her and found her to to be very unprofessional. However,their new General Manager, Al, is wonderful, attentive, professional and very eager to please the guest. We had our wedding dinner there in August for about 25 people in the private area off of the main dining room and everything was perfect. The service staff never missed a beat, drinks were always full, apps, dinner and dessert were timed perfectly. All of our food selections were hot, presented well and tasted wonderful. Every time we go there for dinner or drinks ,Al remembers us and always makes it a point to give us a good table. They have a great wine selection, creative and interesting menu items and a great staff. Being in the restaurant business myself, I am highly critical and appreciate the new management and style in which Al has brought to Ciao Amici's. He is a breath of fresh air to a good restaurant which was completely lacking with the previous management. Excellent food, service and management make for a great dining experience!!!

Rude employee. I was in for lunch a the week before Christmas and upon entering I was greeted by a cute young girl who sat us right away. The waitress and the hostess were wonderful, but listening to the Manager I believe her name was Christie, she was VERY rude to the employees. Talking down to them in a manner that was totally uncalled for. I think maybe for the type of eatery that this is trying to be they need to seriously think about who they have incharge. This isn't the only time i've been in there to have noticed how she treats the other workers. I don't usually leave a negitive review, but there is always a first time.
