Top NOTCH. This salon is not for EVERYBODY- So ignore the poor comments, This is a salon for women who want to be pampered not a dump- Just like a personal trainer, not everyone can afford one. I think I am worth the extra money for my beautiful hair - They fix 8dollar hair cuts:) At least since I have been going the salon for 4 years now to see Rachel- I have sent my whole family to her and she offeres referral coupons- 5862261001 Go see her you will love her

African-American Girls do not come here.
Long waiting, and over priced!!! horrible
Do not go here if you want to wait 2 hours before you are serviced, and have other people get their hair done, while you are sitting around looking stupid, do not plan on getting in and getting out.
also bring 100 dollars more than you planned on spending, because they are wayyy over priced.

Make ya FEEL good. Have you ever felt like the day ou didn't want to get out of bed? Okay that was the day I went to kolorz, but by the time i left I have never felt more beautiful, heard and understood- I looked great!

High class salon, for high class people. All services come with a double satisfaction guarentee. If you are not satisfied the day of your service thy will change it on the spot. Or wear your new style and color for a full two weeks, and if it does not live up to your expectations, or for what ever reason, they will work with you or give you a complete refund. You can not go wrong with a quarenee like this one. Awasome talented, friendly professionals.

The BEST Salon in Michigan!. I have been going to Patti (co-owner) for over 15 years and have NEVER, EVER gotten a bad hair cut or color. The best thing she did was open up this salon with co-owner Annie)....the salon is fabulous. They know what they're doing and always treat their customers excellent.

Bad cut and color, Consultation Fee. Master colorist cut and colored hair, highlights came out too red, were supposed to be blonde, the cut was poor. Also they charge a consultation fee.
