As the new owner I wanted to let customers know that changes were made to staff immediately following negative review. I apologize for your bad experience sh122. To any new potential customers, I will personally speak to you and answer any questions you have.We have made great strides to improve all aspects of our business,and will price match any competitors bids that use the same process.I was also lead technician during the former owners time with the company,and restored the company and more, to what it formerly was.Thank You for taking time to inquire about this business.

No call, no show. No one is ever in the office. I had to leave numerous messages. They did not show for 2 appointments after calling to cancel the first one. I used this company a few years ago with very good results, but I believe that there is a new owner. Horrible customer service. The office girl made it sound like it was my mistake for thinking they were actually going to show up.
