No call, no show.
No one is ever in the office. I had to leave numerous messages. They did not show for 2 appointments after calling to cancel the first one. I used this company a few years ago with very good results, but I believe that there is a new owner. Horrible customer service. The office girl made it sound like it was my mistake for thinking they were actually going to show up.
