Great guy and fantastic Care!. I love this practice! Both Doctors are great, but I feel more comfortable with Dr. Hilborn. He is more accessable and I feel he has a better knowledge base. Either way though, be prepared to NOT be sold Vitamins, Accessories, or Gadgets. They are a your-broken-we-fix-you office ONLY!

This man is Fantastic!. I love this man! He has helped me several times with several Different issues... He happens to be the BEST Chiropractor I have ever been to! I'm not kidding. He saved me from a neck surgery and got into the right MD to Diagnose and properly treat my Multiple Sclerosis. I go to see him FIRST before my Family Physician. His knowledge base is astounding. Like the previous patient said " for such a young man" he is both very intelligent and compassionate. He seems to always do the right thing, whether it be in house or referral. Don't let the receptionist fool you, he is the better of the two doctors working at BiCounty Chiropractic. Don't let this get out to my husband but, he is also very nice to look at as well. Ladies, he is NOT married! I know it is off topic, but he is a REAL find!

He knows more about Medicine than MD's. Dr. Hilborn helped me so much. He knew more about my situation than my primary care doctor. He helped identify the source of my pain i.e. muscle pain due to Lipitor. When my primary said " it is all in your head" and diagnosed me with "Fibromyalgia", he sent me for a second opinion. He suggested the other doctor do some specialized testing; Boy was he right! I had been treated for Fibro for over ten years not knowing that I had both insulin insensitivity and had low Thyroid. He went the extra mile and got me the proper care... Today I feel so much better. I thank god he was here and had the knowledge base and compassion to do the right thing! He has my highest recommendation for referring me out and demanding the correct tests when no one else would! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Im so glad I walked in : ). First time seeing a chiropractor in years and was very impressed. Friendly and accommadating staff. Would definately recomend to anyone!!!

2 year pateint. I have been a pateint at Bi County for about two years they are very good with there patients and very understanding if you dont have the money to pay right away.

Doctor hilborn is my doctor and he is really good with explaining your case and he only has you go as much as needed,I have dealt with personally with doctors in this field that just have you go more then needed and doctor hilborn is not like that at all.
