Scott must have been having a bad day... Scott came recommended. Drove an hour to have a pretty expensive tattoo done. Walked in, scott and myself were the only ones there. Started to talk to him about what i wanted done, he couldn't seem to care less. Cracked a joke or 2 to lighten the mood, the dude didn't even blink. Answered a call while i was there and was pretty condescending to that person. Turned around and walked out. Could be the best artist around, but i will never know. Neither will anyone else that i know. Will spend my money elsewhere. And you know what they say, tattoos are addicting. And im not a cheap person.

Excellent tattoo work. Scott reworked a tattoo for my wife and we could not belive the difference. it went from blah to WOW !!!

So, we went back and the wife got a just beautiful koi and I now have the most awsome dragon.

Which by the way, is the best of my 4 tattoos. that were all done by "top notch" artists.

Scott is truly a great artist, and he and his wife make you very comfortable all the time.

Their shop is very clean and very professional.

Excellent service, we can't SAY ENOUGH !!!!!!

it's not luck; it's a sure thing!!. lady luck is an amazing shop with amazing owners/operators. scott & tiffany are true badasses!! they both are professional at all times but also full of personality & inspiration. they are welcoming, friendly & dedicated. the shop is immaculate!! the choices of body art are something to be seen!! whether scott is doing flash or an all original piece, he is focused at all times & contributes himself to the final piece; a piece you will enioy for the rest of your life. tiffany has the eyes & mind for piercing fashion. she is hip, stylish & has a huge line of jewelry to choose from. she is gentle, respectful & always tasteful. they both take alot of pride in every piece they do. they won't commit unless it's right!

The absolute BEST Tattoo & Piercing studio in the city!. Scott & Tiffany Budgen have the best tattoo & piercing studio in the city! It's extremly clean and professional. The entire staff is engaging. Scott is one of the best artists out there! He truly understands a clients vision and is a master at using flesh as his canvas. Scott has done two of my tattoos and they are both wonderful works of art and conversation pieces.

Tiffany is a gifted professional piercer who learned her craft by the best out there. I refer all of my friends to her.

I'm looking forward to receiving more tattoos in the future and highly recommend any person interested in getting pierced or a tatttoo to check out this studio first!

best damn tattoo and piercing shop....period. I have been tattooed and pierced all over the world and this place is by far the best. The shop is clean, the staff is always friendly .....and they know their stuff! You never get treated like an outsider if you dont know someone from the shop...service and aftercare are outstanding. They also are reccomended by the Oakland County helath department....yes! Hepatitis risk is real...and this is the safest shop in all of Michigan. Scott is becoming one of the best artists in the country. His work stands up to some of the greats!

Devoted to Lady Luck!. First off, if you want to see the work Scott's done on me, go to myspacecom/mbolism and in my photo gallery, there are photos of several of my pieces he's done for me.

I've had tattoos for years, but until Scott did my two dog portraits on my chest, I've never gotton comments like "that's the most beautiful tattoo I've EVER seen" and "that's breathtaking" about any of them! Scott doesn't just know how to tattoo, he's an ARTIST, and not many tattoo "artists" out there are TRULY artists, if you know what I mean. You can give Scott an idea for a design, and he'll run with it and make it more amazing than you thought it possibly could've ever been!!! I've known Scott and Tiffany for a LONG time, and they're also two of the nicest, most intelligent, passionate about their work people you could ever meet. Definitely go see them, you won't regret it! Tiffany also did my belly button piercing and I've never had one problem with it! It was easy, healed perfectly and looks awesome, after years of having it- It hasn't moved, grown out, or ever bothered me. :) They rock, you can't find anyone better....GO already. Why are you still here reading this??? (lol)

BEST TATTOO AND BODY PIERCING IN THE COUNTRY!!. I can't rave about enough about this shop and it's owners/operators! Best selection of body jewelry I've ever seen. They are fanatics about cleanliness - you can eat off the floor. All of the help is highly trained and knowledgable. They are totally dedicated to providing you with the safest and highest quality product - be it piercing or a tattoo. My experience, everytime I've been there, has been totally enjoyable. I've recommended them to all my friends and everyone has thanked me after going there. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that take such pride in their work and care so much about their customers. You must experience it to truly appreciate them!!!

Best tattoo and piercing facility in Oakland county. I work for the heath department for Oakland County, and am well aware of regulations on tattoo and peircing shops, anyways, not only does Lady Luck excel in the these areas, Lady Luck is the only shop in Oakland County that is a registered APP shop (Association of Professional Piercers) and they have extremely strict health standards---more than the county and state. I feel very safe going to ladyluck for both piercing and tattoos and have always had a very enjoyable experience there. In addition, any piercings I have had from ladyluck have always healed perfectly, and I have not had the same luck with other shops I went to before ladyluck.

Gentle Piercing. This place is awesome. I traveled 45 minutes to have Tiffany pierce my naval. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the place is very clean. Tiffany explains the procedure in detail and why it's performed. She is very personable and gentle. I would definitely recommend my friends.
